Great Value, Top Staff, I Will Be Back!

It's the second time I stay in this hotel, that is really near to Mall Of Emirates. You can reach it in a four minutes walk. More, there's a Carrefour supermarket just behind it, a lot of restaurants, and a metro station. The rooms are great, clean, in perfect condition, and I slept every night without problems. Great staff, they are always helpful and my big thank you goes to them. I will be back again! There is also a restaurant in the hotel which prepares a lot of good dishes, and they can bring them to your room: added value, great food, and fantastic people.

The traffic noise is high during the day, but there are good windows keeping 90% of it out. The unique problem I found was an electric problem: sometimes I couldn't turn off the lights from the bed, so I had to get up and turn them off from the room entrance.

If you want fully silent sleep, staying in inner parts of Dubai in general is not a good idea, and not too close to S. Z. street.

Staff is great, location is great, restaurant next door is great!

Great service from the front desk employees and the employees at the little restaurant called Hotspot and everyone els working in the hotel. We had a terrible experience with our first location and that is why we ended up here and the we nice to arrange a good price for the rest of our stay. We asked for towel and other things and they brought it to the room, we asked for information about tourist things in the area and they were realy helpfull. The appt was clean, the beds where a good size and slept well, enough closets for the luggage. Service and kidness were great here. There is parking for free under the hotel.

The only thing for us was that the airco makes a lot of noise, if your ok with that, this is a great location, a great appartment and super staff, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and kitchen area and living room. All hotels have airco and noise I should think because aircos are an nessity in Dubai but some probably more noisy than others and the hotel is on the busiest road in Dubai and you will hear the cars also during the nigth. We had earplugs and slept with those which made it good to sleep. The bathroom is clean but not big and be aware you have to step into the bath to shower, so older guest or guest that have pain in their hips or legs should be aware of that.

everything from hotel is super nice, I would like to highlight Mr Moin khan very professional he was taking care of my room for whole 10 days, everyday same energy. Musharif lifeguard great job, he knows what he is doing 👏. Mouhamed Ali, he helped me alot with my luggage escorted me to my apartment and gave me good showaround. Khadejaand front desk team are amazing. Thank you all of you.

if great location is what you are location for, this place is perfect.

location. easy access in terms of transportation.

the room we were given needed cleaning, the floor is kind of sticky… and there is some sort of unclean smell.

The position of the Hotel was the only plus

We waited to check in for 1 hour due to some problem în the room and they could not change the apartment . The apartament was not very clean ,we were dissapointed to see that after waiting in the lobby for 1 hour .

Superb

Location is very good having all basic facilities at walking distance. Staff is very cooperative , polite & decent , particularly Mr.Taufiq who is a real asset for the organization.

There should be arrangement of "Buffet Breakfast" like many other hotels / hotel aprtments. Although room are cleaned on 'alternate days' , but this should be done on 'daily basis'.

we booked 2 bedrooms flat. the value of the flat is not worth it. we paid 785/night for old flat with very old furniture, small rooms, not clean, poor finishing.

The check in and check out was smooth and the location was good near to mall of Emirates Room with a balcony was great. Breakfast was also good especially the fresh fruit juice, kids liked the juice a lot.
