The room was big and clean. Plenty of light. Good wifi coverage and speed around 30mbps.

I didn't like the old furniture and the fact that the hotel's entrance is locked after 23:00 and you have to wake up the owner to let you in. Also, the bathroom has a strange smell at my arrival.

It was spotlessly clean. Good value.

Shower water was tepid.

This is a small, friendly and charming family-run hotel. It is walking distance from the central square with its restaurants and shops. The room was simply furnished but clean and pleasant. The staff were very helpful when an important document was left by mistake in the room.

The location near a main road meant that it was sometimes noisy. But having a view of the sea from the balcony compensated for this!

Clean and comfortable place to explore Karlovasi from at a great price during off season. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view which was nice.

Shower was a bit of a challenge to get to grips with … but every days a school day and we managed ;)

The location is very accessible and the property is very well-maintained.

The staff were very rough. I don’t care they don’t speak English but they were so rude. In one incident, for example, I came down to the reception to tell the receptionist that the air conditioner didn’t work. He replied to me in Greek and immediately fumed. Luckily my Greek friends were dashing into the hotel and spoke to him in Greek and I didn’t know why he was so angry at me. Also, I asked for an extra towel and the old lady refused saying (if I understood her correctly) we give only one towel per person. They don’t offer coffee or tea supplies as well and I asked how I can get hot water but they didn’t understand me.
