Good for what it is

The cabana was worth renting everyday. Mainly to get away from the loud music.

Great resort for all inclusive family holidays

We had a family holiday and stayed 4 nights. We found everything excellent through out. Staff was great, our room was fantastic (we were told that it was one of the newly furbished ones so not sure how the others look like) Food was exceptionally good, clean, tasty, great variety. Everything including coffees and ice creams are included which is great. We loved the beach, kids club, restaurants and green areas. Would definetly go again.

Sun lounges on the beach are always taken by some guests who dont even bother showing up for hours which is really annoying. Not the hotels fault, but perhaps could come up with a booking system which allows everyone for limited hours only? Nothing else was unpleasant in our opinion, great hotel and you can see the real hard work goes in to run it everyday.

Superb

Good to go with kids. It has an aqua park,a couple of pools and it is perfect for small children A variety of food was good. There is plenty of space in the restaurant A great entertainment team for adults and for children

Everything they sold in the shops were extremely expensive. Children's club, I didn't like that they put the TV on for children. I expected the team to play with the kids. I left my kid a couple of afternoons cos he wanted to play there, and when I picked him up, he was watching TV when he doesn’t at home. He is just only 5, and it isn't good for him at that age One has to pay extra even in the Children's club for the girls to do activities with the kids.

Traveling with teens? Club Tuana is perfect!

Gorgeous facility with beautiful and functional family accommodation. WiFi coverage throughout the resort and way too much food! The staff we dealt with were all friendly, helpful and always smiling. Honestly the best part of our trip so far!

We didn't make full (enough) use of the open bars!!

Excellent food and good services.

Ugly beach, the sea was not nice. A lot of Russians in the hotel who were rude. The rooms did not have soundproof walls, so you could hear everything, including running water.. As a couple, we chose a double bed for booking, but we got two separate beds. A friend who was with us and was alone in the room got a room with a double bed. Reluctant employees /mainly men/ work at the reception.

I would like to commend the staff, facilities, and food at this hotel. I give my stay here a solid five stars for an overall wonderful experience. The food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes and dietary requirements. The service was impeccable, with warm and friendly staff always willing to assist me whenever I had a need. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well appointed and maintained, a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, I rate my stay with this hotel as an excellent one, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one!

Can’t wait to visit again

I have tried a lot of 5-star resorts in the area but this one is my favourite The place is huge, full of trees and very green. so it was a great scenery when you walk in it the pool is big enough and very clean water with enough sunbeds the beach area is very nice, clean and spacious the food and drinks were very tasty there are 4 speciality restaurants that you can book for dinner as a change from buffet food and it is included in the price there is free parking and the location was almost 30 min drive to the centre staff were all helpful and nice I think you can spend 4-5 days without the need to leave the resort because it literally has EVERYTHING! activities include water sports, table tennis, volleyball, night entertainment and much more.. I will absolutely come back again and again and again

Beautiful scenery, delicious food, helpful staff.

We liked everything about the property. The views were spectacular, the food was fresh and delicious, the staff was very helpful and pleasant (especially the chef who helped us with a kid’s milk allergy), the gardens were big and green. A super relaxing holiday.

The property could do with some light updating in the rooms.

Location, Ambiance, Spa, Snackbar, Veranda Restaurant and Islands Tour by Boat…

Poor or no Wifi in the rooms… It should be mentioned that Wifi is only available in reception, restaurants and other public areas. Ala Carte restaurants (Irviz & Olive Tree) not good.

Everything was great, hotel exceeded my expectations!

huge hotel, great stuff, delicious food, great location

this did not really affect my stay, but :hotel does not provide iron, only as a part of laundry service and wi-fi signal was very very low, not working most of the time

i faced unacceptable situation . I invited my children to visit me for one evening and paid 80 Eur for 3 hour staying (19:00-22:00) . after dinner my child felt a sharp pain in the abdominal area. instead of assistance with doctor the administration of hotel required immediate hotel’s leave. The manager ms Akbulut was very rude and not friendly and consider this behavior is normal . taking into account my long travel experience - it’s first Inhumane treatment in my life . I insist on compensation of provided “guest ‘s fee” and apologizes !

excellent resort, or maybe one of the best in fethiye! Food and other services were excellent and staff was very friendly.

the best place to stay with your family. best mini club for kids and entertainments . thanks a lot to Adem, Irem Kaya , Natalia Klemenko, Bema , Aigerim and all others for unforgettable holiday.

pls do anything anti moskito to the balcony doors of 3-th floor, so they can not fly in (1619 room) . it is impossible to sleep with open doors of balcony .

the beach was very nice. a lot of activities, food was ok. breakfast was very good. staff was nice. during all day food and drinks, pool very nice.

the room was low standard. three restaurants "a la carte" but the menu is fixed, you cannot choose, so it is a waste of time to go there.
