Un séjour non enthousiasment, j'ai connu beaucoup mieux.

La proximité de la plage.

Une salle de bain avec un sèche cheveux des années 50.( un grille cheveux ), des placards vétustes sur le bas... Le parking payant, La piscine non chauffée et ne pas pouvoir s'y installer, puisque les gens mettent une serviette sur le transat dès 8 h 30 pour la journée .Une télévision avec X chaines étrangères et 2 chaines Françaises. Le petit déjeuner est une foire d'empoigne, les machines à café sont en panne, une fois installé et que vous avez oublié quelque chose, à votre retour à la table, elle a déjà été débarrassée .Les serveurs ne font pas la différence entre celui qui arrive et celui qui est parti.. Méfiance les prix des boissons sont très élevées, 2 verres de coca = 6.80€....

Výborné umístění, dobrá a rozmanitá snídaně, ochotný personál a pěkný výhled jsou jediná pozitiva tohoto hotelu. Pokud hledáte čisté ubytování a chcete se alespoň 6 hodin vyspat, jeďte jinam.

Za 180€ na noc dostanete pokoj pro dva s: • Šváby v koupelně !!! koupelna jako taková ve špatném stavu. • Neexistující zvukovou izolací - v noci uslyšíte naprosto vše: velmi hlučnou klimatizaci ze sousední budovy, vracející se hosty ve 4 ráno mláticí a zvonící na dveře, párty cca 8 lidí na pokoji v 7 ráno také není problém ... • Zatuchlou klimatizaci. • Parkoviště před hotelem za příplatek 18€ / den, případně můžete parkovat na ulici, pokud budete mít štěstí a alespoň za 20 min najdete místo. • Polofunkční společnou vířivkou se špinavou vodou. • Starý otlučený pokoj. Přečtěte si předem negativní recenze, často v nich lidé přehánějí, zde nikoliv...

I liked our apartment and the pool view.

Our bed was really uncomfortable and we didn't sleep much as a result, it was too hard. Cleaners came and didn't clean properly on the second occasion. They failed to mop, sweep or dust and left bed linen unattended. The first time the apartment was cleaned, it was done properly. We stayed here for 8 nights. We were told to phone down in the morning for a late checkout and were informed we couldn't have one. When checking out, we were told we could stay until 1 if we wanted!!! By then we had queued for 20 minutes and it wasn't worthwhile going back to the room. The luggage room is outside of the hotel with no supervision. One machine for toast and high demand, took ages to cook toast. Breakfast was average and some mornings it was worse than others.

Brilliant place to stay, staff were amazing, location amazing, I've already booked a return visit!

The location was absolutely fantastic as was Alberto who looked after us for the duration of our stay. The Hotel was clean, staff friendly and cannot stress enough how conveniently located it is.

The check in time is really late - I think 16:30 from memory which is quite a long time. When you go to check in, there are a lot of people waiting around in the Lobby. This is the only drawback, everything else at the hotel is absolutely fantastic.

Great hotel

Great location. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. All areas of hotel clean.

Some areas needed improving such as tiles by the stage loose and had come away, it just needs a bit of TLC. Living area was far too small for a family of 5 people. Pool could have been a bit warmer.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, das Hotel jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gut finden wir, daß wir ein Zimmer mit kleiner Kücke buchen konnten.

Die Zimmer sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche war die Einrichtung sehr minimalisiert. Für 2 Tage ok, aber für länger nicht geeignet. Balkontür ging sehr , sehr schwer zu schieben und man konnte sie nicht schließen. Die Öffentliche Toilette im Poolbereich war eigentlich nicht zu benutzen.

Very basic. Hotel pictures don’t do it justice. Staff know hotel not brilliant. Pay for pool towels, 5 euros per towel. Non refundable. Tip, buy your own from the shops. Breakfast not great.

Zonnige, warme en ontspannen wintervakantie

Het vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, een grote kamer (44m²) met ruime badkamer en een groot buitenterras met uitzicht op zwembad en strand. Uitgebreide keuze aan assortiment zowel bij het ontbijt als bij het avondmaal. De ligging was ook perfect, direct aan strand.

Bardzo udany pobyt z rodziną. Super miejsce i ludzie.

Obiekt duży z pięknym widokiem na ocean i basen. Hotel z wieloma atrakcjami (m.in. siłownia, sala zabaw dla dzieci, bilard, boule). Duży podgrzewany basen z brodzikiem dla dzieci, jacuzzi, leżaki i parasole. Codziennie na basenie był ratownik i animator (również zajęcia fitnes, joga). Bar z jedzeniem przy basenie serwujący wiele dań i alkohol. Śniadania i kolacje bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Codziennie podczas kolacji i zaraz po niej na scenie mini amfiteatru były występy artystów (piosenkarzy, tancerzy)- każdego dnia był inny artysta- profesjonalista. W pokojach czysto i wszystko co niezbędne, aneks kuchenny z większością sprzętów oraz działająca klimatyzacja. W obiekcie i zaraz przy nim sklepy, apteka. Lokalizacja hotelu przy samym deptaku i plaży. Przy hotelu dostępny był również płatny parking

Never again we will stay at this hotel.

The location and the pool

the security of rooms, we had 500 Euro stolen from our sons room. The police said they gained entry from the balcony because the doors cannot be secured properly the hotel staff said this was impossible as the room was on the 9th floor but the police said this is a regular occurrence. The rooms had safes but none of them were working in any room in the hotel. The room was only cleaned once in the 8 days we were there and we had to ask for the towels and bed linen to be changed. We had to stager our shower times as there was not enough hot water for to shower one after the other, very frustrating. The rooms were very tired and in need of refurbishment and the A/C was useless.

El trato en recepción, dispuestos en todo momento a que la estancia fuese lo más agradable. La ubicación perfecta. el precio nos pareció correcto.

Las habitaciones de al lado fumaban marihuana y olía constantemente. Aunque nos quejamos en recepción y mandaban a alguien de seguridad para comprobarlo..... el olor nunca cesó

Lo pasamos muy bien

La piscina y el servicio del personal en general, la animación, fueron muy amables todos. El desayuno estaba muy bien, La ubicación genial. Pese algunos detalles volveria a hospedarme sin problema y lo recomiendo.

La carne casi cruda de la fiesta de la barbacoa, no todos tenemos los mismos gustos y no comimos bien. Lastima porque tenian una buena cantante amenizando. No tienen garaje propio es del hotel Troya y sale unos 10 € diarios con descuento para los alojados, esta seguro el coche pero es un coste extra a tener en cuenta.

Location was great. Good breakfast. Rooms are a good size.

Parking was quite expensive and the bathrooms need a bit of refurbishing. Some refurb work is going on which meant a couple of small periods without electricity or water but it was manageable

Rooms were filthy, if the cleaning lady came she never cleaned, had to leave trash out the door for it to be taken, no clean towels were given at all, sheets never changed. Reception staff very rude, very noisy had to contact reception regarding the noise in the room next to us, nothing was done, multiple other guests complained, still nothing was done, smell of weed throughout the hotel, near the pool where kids were playing most of the time, barley any entertainment in the evening time, same person singing (trying to sing, screeching more so) every night, bed bugs, got chewed to bits, beds uncomfortable, air conditioning didn’t work, power was cut and water to the hotel and was never advised, we stayed with a baby who had to be bottle fed but couldn’t use the kettle to even boil water. No compensation was given for it either. Would definitely not recommend stay away. Not worth the money.

Poor

During our 2 week stay, the room was only cleaned once. Even the replacement of towels was a problem. I have been to this hotel before and I was satisfied. This year was kind of a disaster. One gentleman at the reception was very unpleasant, after filing a complaint he was rude and even insolent

This whole area is a dump. Worst in Tenerife

Just old tired and cheap. If you want a continuous smell of weed and people fighting in your hotel then this is the place for you. The pictures if the rooms is not what you are going to get , the rooms havnt been updated since the 80s , tired and grotty.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !! This is a long review but has to be said as I want to warn other people and I am yet to receive a response from the hotel ! Our first impression of our room and hotel was confusion as it looks nothing like photos . We stayed here for 2 weeks and payed alot of money to be so disappointed! We arrived for breakfast our first morning to discover the food was freezing cold , not much options left , breads etc all stale and fruit was covered in flys which I complained. We then arrived for dinner at 7pm thinking it would be fresh as it starts at 7pm but AGAIN the food was freezing cold and only lamb chops on offer for meat option . My partner was the only one out of us that had the lamb chops and he was so sick vomiting all night . The following morning we decided to try the breakfast one more time as maybe it was just a bad day but we were shocked to find the same items from dinner the previous night was on display for breakfast the next morning including items like Brussels sprouts , tuna pastries etc all the exact same items that was on for dinner the night before . So they are trying to get rid of any food that was not eaten for dinner and has been left over . There is obviously a high number of leftovers as people have seen how bad the food is and choosing not to eat there . The hotel in general is nothing like what Is advertised in the photos on the site . It also states on booking.con and the hotel site that no parties are permitted such as hens / stags parties and yet this is all the majority of guests were . The noise was a disgrace every night we phoned reception multiple times to complain as we could not sleep . The corridors had smashed glass multiple times from the parties the night before (below in photos ) so you could not walk to pool without shoes .
