このお値段で泊まれるとは思えない高級感とサービス。フロントやロビーの雰囲気もとてもよかった。

部屋の空調が自分でコントロールできるタイプではなかったので夜中少し暑かった。普通のエアコンのリモコンタイプにしてほしい。

眺めも良くお部屋も広くて最高でした。

グレートアップしてくれていた。知り合いと比べたら広くてソファもあり綺麗でした。雛人形の飾りが素敵でした。ありがとうございます。

Vista spettacolare

La struttura è estremamente bella e la vista è spettacolare. All'interno è presente una spa (su cui purtroppo non posso esprimermi non avendola vista) servizi di ristorazione, palestra, negozi. Posizione strategica poiché appena usciti dall'hotel è presente la metro. Staff molto accogliente. La camera è molto pulita e grande, con pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliera. Abbiamo pagato la stessa cifra per hotel di gran lunga peggiori.

Servizio lavanderia impeccabile ma estremamente costoso, abbiamo pagato 90€ per una lavatrice con qualche felpa, pantaloni e poco altro. Peccato non ci fosse un volantino con scritti i prezzi, visto che erano indicati di tutto, mai pensavamo di pagare così tanto. I servizi all'interno dell'hotel sono molto costosi, sia il cibo che il bere.

ゆっくりすることができました。

スーツケースの自宅への宅配をお願いしたところ、受付まで重たいのを運んでくれましたので、助かりました。ありがとう。夕食のおでんもおいしかった。総じて感じの良いホテルでしたので、忙しい用事の前後にゆっくりと過ごすことができました。

壁にうっすらと埃？がついていたような気がします。

２回目のポートピア滞在記

部屋割りの都合でシングルからツインルームにアップグレードになりました　バスタブも大きくてゆったりはいれました　空調も暑くもなく寒くもなく丁度良かったです

シャワーカーテンがもう少し長ければと思いました　スマホの充電器が備えてあればうれしいのですが…

賓至如歸的優質飯店

飯店二樓直通Port Liner市民廣場站，交通便利也不用擔心下雨。離神戶機場站也很近，搭乘高速船前往關西機場很方便。房間相當寬敞舒適，住在高樓層窗外的視野也很好。早餐的部分有二樓跟30樓的景觀餐廳可以選，兩家都還不錯。入住的第一晚因為時間比較晚了，直接到二樓的餐廳用餐，剛好遇到曾在台灣工作過多年的高橋小姐(只稍微看到一眼名牌，如果記錯請見諒)接待，感覺相當親切用心，非常感謝讓我及家人能輕鬆愉快地用餐。飯店的所有工作人員，不論是櫃台、餐廳或房務人員都親切有禮，住宿三天非常開心。下次來神戶一定會再次入住。

また行きたい！

オープンから40年以上経過していますが、リニューアルされており、とても綺麗です。三宮駅から少し離れていますが、電車で10分程であり駅と直結しています。20分置きに送迎バスも運行されています。スタッフ（受付、ビュッフェ、ラウンジ、いずれも）の対応がとても暖かく、それだけでもまた宿泊したい気分になりました。朝食は、30階のビュッフェから景色を楽しみながら頂けます。オムレツなどの卵料理をお願いするとテーブルまで運んで貰えますし、パンも美味しく、甘いパン以外にフランスパンなども充実しています。レストラン、ショップ街に加え、コンビニ（ファミリーマート）も入っており申し分ありません。

しいて上げれば、クローゼットにもう少しハンガーが欲しいと感じました。

何回も利用してますが、今回が1番ホテルの滞在を楽しんで、満喫できました！！

朝食は個室みたいなところに案内して頂き、ゆっくり落ち着いて食事できました。美味しかったです。

シングル3部屋予約したのですが、一部屋だけ離れていて、少し戸惑いました。

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Very enjoyable stay overall. Great room, perfect sea and Kobe airport view, attentive staff. The hotel even has childcare facilities - takes a bit of time and effort to arrange, and arrangements have to be made ahead of time. But my 5-year old was very happy, even though the staff there barely speak English. Breakfast at both buffet restaurants is great - a bit on the high side pricewise, but worth it, in my opinion. The city view from the 30th floor restaurant is superb.

great for convention Centre stdys

The hotel is older but we'll maintained. Rooms are quite large, including a good size bathroom. The decor could have been chosen by my grandmother, but everything is clean and well maintained. Ideal location for the convention Centre and easy access to the city.

Shuttle bus service to Sannomiya. Convenience store inside hotel. Close to exhibition centre. Options available from Kansai airport.

The face wash is not the rice bran anymore. Buffet breakfast on 30/f pastry is not as good as it use to be.

Comfortable and fancy stay for a bit of a splurge

A bit of an unexpected stay, due to cancelled flights, but it was very easy to get to using public transport. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a distinctly retro vibe (though in more "dated" way, than "vintage" or "historic") and great views. Also, the elevators were notably fast - we almost never had to wait more than a few seconds for one to arrive.

The staff at the front desk were a bit cold/distant. It's not that hey weren't helpful, but it clearly felt like they'd rather not be helping... Also, it was fine since we were staying on the airline's dime, but the cost-performance is kind of average - while the room was spacious and comfortable, it didn't justify the price for me.

Timings made it challenging

The proximity to the airport and impressive lobby. They didnt have USB chargers in the room, but they kindly brought me a USB plug in for my phone.

They were the only hotel to ask for my credit card despite this being pre-paid which i fojnd odd. I arrived just after 8pm to check in and hopefully chill before flying back to UK, however due to the time of my arrival and after I asked, this info wasn't offered, the pool was closed and the restaurants were closing, giving me a tiny window in which to source food. The staff offered to take my bags to the room, which I was grateful for but then they made a big point of saying that they couldn't be held responsible if anything happened to them, fine I get that, but due to their insistance it made me concerned that it's a regular thing, so as it was wasting time, at this point I just had to hump them to the restaurant as I wouldn't have had time to get them to my room and get food. The staff generally tried to help but I felt that they struggled to understand that I was travelling alone, not for business and not with a group which must be there usual clientele, and they weren't able to adapt to this. This cause quite a bit of confusion when I had booked a taxi to the airport in the morning, and they kept saying my group had already booked the taxi and I kept saying I'm not with a group, I'm travelling alone and need to ensure I can get my taxi, which caused additional stress. Perhaps this is more due to the fact that my booking agent shouldn't have flown me from Kobe when I asked for Osaka but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this for a lone traveller arriving late and leaving early, other times I'm sure it's lovely.

Perfect location for Kobe Airport and exploring the city

Location was perfect. We decided to stay a night as we had an early flight from Kobe airport. We went to a science museum near by and also China Town for dinner which you can get easily with their free shuttle bus and a short walk. If you want to explore Kobe, it is perfectly located.
