Nothing I liked

Hotel was quite old and no proper maintenance. Internet was terrible. Found cocroaches in the room. Mineral water available but self filling with jug. Lady staff was very rude.

Great location to food, shopping, restaurants, etc all within a few minutes drive and walking distance. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Internet speed could be improved, the connection was not very stable when I children needed to attend a night class from the hotel room using Zoom.

It is unfortunate to stay at this hotel. I used to stay here last time & it was good & worth money but this time, i was shocked bcoz poor condition of room, pillow was hard, bathroom door cannot close properly & worst was there's no proper bathroom door mat! It was not a mat, it was a small cloth or maybe a small kind of tower. I wonder if the hotel unable to prepare a simple door mat. Cannot afford to buy one, a door mat? The flush are broken, i was unable to pass motion bcoz i cannot use the toilet, the poor water flow. On 4jan, at 10am, the housekeeping knocked the door quite hard as to ask me whether need to clean the room or not. Just wonder, mostly hotel do cleaning after check out time. It is a disturbance! I cannot accept this bcoz i having fever & not feeling well since i stayed from 31dec. I hope the hotel will seriously look into the matter. (Room 155 & 111)

Near restaurant (halal and non halal), petrol station (petronas) Have lifts , the entrance in Chinese Restaurant

Reception staff one lady showing face... B4 guest chk in room hotel management have to chk room facilities... My chk in room toilets doors cnt close than sink tap water liking...I informe Tham no use.. So far for me budget hotel abit not good... Sorry to say...
