Le personnel est très agréable, la chambre est grande, confortable et propre. Parler français est possible. Proche de la ville mais à l'abri de son bruit !! Terrasse formidable équipée d'un frigidaire, vaisselle, évier..., bouilloire.. Ecoute du personnel, attentif aux demandes !

Dans la salle de bains - Manque d'aération donc humidité et un peu d'odeur. Penser à ajouter un tapis de bain (serviette) au sol devant la porte Sur la magnifique terrasse - Il manquait parfois un peu de propreté (dans l'évier, sur la vaisselle) Ajouter un couvercle à la poubelle et un petit four micro-ondes apporterait un petit plus...

They didn't give clean drinking water. Even after asking, leave alone offering water or tea on arrival. There were way too many mosquitoes making it impossible to stay or sleep. On asking for mosquito repellents next day for the two rooms we booked, they gave only one and promised another in a bit which they never ever gave. Mosquitoes still kept biting. They didn't switch on the ac even after asking 5 times (for which they were asking for more, which we would have obviously paid) and then are asking for more money when I have paid the complete amount which was displayed on my end at the website. The location is deep inside small streets making it a difficult to navigate if you have a language problem. The previous reviews misled me and I had a terrible stay at a city that I have know for and lived in for 6 long years of my mbbs. My family had a lot of discomfort.

Manoj helped me find all sorts of things to check out, and was so kind to help with anything I needed! The property was a beautiful old building, comfortable and clean!

No much privacy.. Windows and balcony door is not completely closed.. Can see ppl moving in the next building. And with common balcony for two rooms, ladies not feeling comfortable with openings in doors

Wonderful stay at Holi-wood, definitely the place to stay if you are visiting Pondi! The owner couldn’t be nicer, he gave us a tour of the beautiful property and it’s fantastic terrace area on the first night. He also helped us with rickshaw bookings and general recommendations. Rooms have comfy beds and lots of character. Would 100% recommend to anyone, fantastic value for money.
