Great locatio, beautiful property

Spacious apartment, large terrace, great SPA area, beautiful garden, close to the beach. There are two beach clubs nearby, which is handy. Easy to reach from any direction of your travel, ample parking space.

The only downside, if you prefer to cook at home, there is limited kitchenware at your disposal.

we had it confirmed in writing via booking.com that a taxi transfer is included in your booking. We forwarded our flight details and no one was at arrivals to collect us When we contacted the number provided we were told that no taxi was included and we had to get a separate taxi at that point causing a delay after our arrival with 3 children. Our booking confirmation clearly stated - a taxi transfer is included in your booking - false advertisement so that was very poor.

excellent stay for a group of friends plenty of space and no fighting over the bathrooms as had 4.

Excellent apartment, so much space for a group of 5. Felt very safe and secure with security on hand at all times. The lady who meant us to check in with helpful and informative.

It was a shame the outdoor pool is still shut at the beginning of May when the weather was beautiful.

Friendly staff, serene, clean environment, good value for money

The quiet,clean environment, friendly staff and spacious apartment, located close to the beach and shops.

The separated single beds that made a double bed mosquitos.

Very clean with everything we needed

Everything went well, except no hot water on our first morning but soon rectified!

The fact the pool wasn't open until mid day!

Mixed experience

Location to beach and port.

The unpleasant security guard who assaulted a guest and the lifeguards were abrupt. No food or drink allowed by pool. you needed to walk a 10th of a mile to empty your bins. There is a ridiculous over the top fob system to enter pool area. Not enough fobs issued to guests in large apartments.

Lovely, great for families or couples. Read the details

The apartment we had was spacious and clean. Plenty of wardrobe space and washing machine in the apartment. The kitchen was very roomy and easy to be in. The beds were nice and very comfortable. The balcony/terrace was quite big and you could sunbathe and dine on the balcony/terrace Towels and pool towels were provided. Our greeting was friendly, informative and professional. If we had a request or a problem it was sorted promptly with a smile. The overall setting was quite nice. The WiFi was good as was having a Smart TV. Easy walk to the beach, two beach club restaurants within a few minutes walk. Easy walk to Puerto Banus, but taxis or own car are needed to get to grocery stores or shops.

There were some things that made it not ideal. Only one key fob for the pool. The pool rules, no food or drinks by the pool just water, so we couldn’t make sandwiches or have snack or soft drinks to take down by the pool and of course no alcohol by the pool either. This is a privately owned apartment complex with many owners as visitors. Not your typical holiday rental, which is great for some, but not if you plan to party at the pool.

I can’t fault our stay. I would definitely return again and recommend.

security was brilliant, the whole complex felt so secure. the apartment was lovely and clean, and modern. air conditioning was great. pool and spa were very nice. communication via whatsapp with apartment owner was fantastic.

Being in a big group and only having one fob to get in and out the pool was sometimes difficult and it was quite far to walk to buy a drink or a snack so would have benefited from a vending machine or kiosk.

Amazing!

Myself and my friends were so pleased with the apartment, it was bigger than we expected and had a huge balcony which we really loved and spent a lot of time enjoying. The pool area was quite quiet but really nice. The only thing we would say it it was a bit of a walk to the closest shop.

Wonderful stay. Good location, peaceful but close enough to walk to the port.

The lady who met us was very friendly, spoke English very well so communication was good. We had also exchanged WhatsApp messages prior to arrival to get a better time of arrival.

We liked everything about the apartment and set up.

Great summer break location.

200m from the beach and some great bars (ex. Mistral). 10 minutes walking to the city center of Puerto Banus. Very nice flat in small complex with great pool and friendly staff.

Really fantastic location could walk everywhere. Room was spotless and host that greeted us was very helpful. Very sociable lay out and had all the facilities we needed.

Tiny thing was just that the pool does not open until 11:30am. It didn’t bother us too much but if we were to go back for a more relaxing holiday this may be too late.
