The canteen is good
There is a bad smell in the room

It is in a fantastic location, very centric. The bathrooms and beds are clean. The staff is friendly and they have a no cost locker room for guests.
There isn't much space in the rooms. The common areas could be cleaner, the carpets smell a bit. We had to sleep in a triple bunk bed which isn't very comfortable. It is expensive.

Location was very good, near the centre and not too far to the bus station.
It's included a breakfast with bread, jam, a cake, fruits, in addition to the use of the kitchen. 1€ for Nespresso.
Staff was nice and smiling
I was in a female dormitory of 7 beds. My bed was a triple bunk bed and I was in the lower one... Cleaning could be better too but bathrooms were ok.

Struttura accogliente in ottima posizione, camera privata ampia e bagno in camera! Staff gentile e super disponibile
Peccato per gli ospiti delle altre camere che hanno fatto casino fino alle 3 am

Location is perfect, only 10minutes from couch station. Close to the city center and shops.
Wifi didn’t work in my room. Maybe if I had told the stuff about it they would find a solution.

The location is great, right in the city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can store your luggage before check-in, after check-out for a few hours. The kitchen has everything you need. The breakfast has different breads, fruits, tea, coffee. The room has ventilation.
There were sounds throughout the night from the nearby pubs.

Free breakfast (2 types of bread, butter and 2 types of jams, fruit, coffee, 2 types of tea bags, hot chocolate powder).
Comfortable common areas.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen is kept clean and tidy.
The location is great. 6 minutes walk to the square and 5 minutes to the Lidl supermarket.
Free milk. Free food and free shampoo/lotion left by other people.
The 6-bedroom room has a relatively large space in the middle compared to other hostels.
There are several bars on the same street. Very noisy till 2-3am especially Thursday-Saturday. Make sure you have earplugs.
Couldn't adjust shower flow and temperature, and while that was fine by me, the water only lasted 10-20 seconds. Also, the automatic light turns off every 5-7 minutes during the shower. So you have to keep holding down the button to get in the shower and waving your arms to get the light.

It was so close to everything and the staff were amazing. Crisp clean sheets and comfortable beds.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. The room was laid out as expected, but very clean and comfortable. We had an en suite room which was good and the ceiling-mounted paintings were great.
The informal breakfast was a lovely welcoming touch.
While we were happy to have / pay for an en suite room, the wash basin was so small that due to the placement of the soap dispenser right in the centre, it was difficult to wash your face without getting water everywhere. Similarly with the high pressure taps, waster splashed everywhere.

I was satisifed with the cleanliness of the room and well as the space in the room. Travelling with family members and everyone had enough of their "own space." The location of the hotel was also 10/10.
The ONLY thing that I would change is the fact that you have to pay to rent towels. I do understand it, but I wish it was an option that could have been added onto the bill when booking.

Excellent location, comfy beds, very nice staff.

In the bathroom was one hand towel for a family of three. We made it work, but it was soaked and not very effective by mom, the third person. A larger towel or 2 or 3 a room designed for families would be much appreciated.

The location is perfect, at the entrance of the city centre. The staff is enthusiastic and a member of the staff advice me to join the walking tour and gave me the necessary information. The kitchen exceed my expectations. There was everything, even food for free and a delicious homemade breakfast. It's always possible to drink a cup of tea or coffee. Beside the kitchen, there is a cosy and quiet sitting room with books, and a board with some recommendations (pubs, activities,...)

The courtesy breakfast was great. Lots of common areas to gather and meet other travellers. Great location with lots of pubs and music closeby.
Loved it all

The lodging is in a great location; close to all the shops, bus/train station, and ferry tours. It's very clean, free breakfast, and kitchen access. Perfect!

Honestly one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had during my whole trip starting with the staff on duty (Roni, Kenny, Kelly and Sasha) and filtering all the way down to the hostel itself.
Beds are comfortable with individual sockets and enough space in the rooms for luggage. There’s a big kitchen and sitting area and everything is clean. Fantastic location!

For starters, THE BEST free breakie. I didn't know what flapjacks were until I had them here, and MAN, they are great. The place was very clean, the bathrooms were nice and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. The social aspect was great, I found people very willing to chat in the kitchen and dorm. Wet Wednesday is also a great chance to have some social time if you're feeling a little lonely ;) They also played Noah Kahan, so big tick 😊
Could have hooks in the ensuite in the dorm, as there was nowhere to hang my towel inside.

The staff were lovely, very warm, welcoming and helpful and the location is fantastic. The kitchen and common area are lovely, the homemade bread and oat squares for breakfast were delicious.
It was under construction, with scaffolding covering the front. Made it very noisy and somewhat claustrophobic as we had to close the window and blinds in our small room .The bunk beds seem to be attached as one unit, so when one person moves or gets up all four beds move.

Great location, plenty of clean and spacious shower rooms, lovely staff, fantastic homemade flapjacks
Very narrow hallway and staircase.
