Oven/Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Gas Grill, Flat screen TV with cable, Private Wi-Fi Internet, A/C, and Heat. Kitchen has all cooking supplies and utensils necessary. Dumpster nearby. We aim to outfit the cottage with everyday essentials to be able to come and go as you please or to stay in to relax and unwind. Perfect for a small family or a couple. Parking for 2 vehicles max. Non Smoking. No Pets allowed. Check in 2pm. Check out 11am. Bring your own linens, pillows, beach chairs, and enjoy! Saturday to Saturday rentals June-Aug. Payment Terms: 50% deposit due within one week of reservation. Balance due two weeks prior to first date of rental

Perfect situation, Loved to be so so close to the beach, no need the car. The cottage was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, very quiet place, good mattress, nice people around.

It’s small good for one or two comfortably. Very clean and well equipped. One minute walk to the beach and during high tide with a breeze off the ocean windows open , the fragrance was awesome. The owners replied quickly to any questions I had. I’ll be back!!

We had a wonderful time in this little cottage by the sea! Perfect for two people, though I really wouldn’t want more than that in this space to be comfortable. Everything we needed to make it “home” was provided for. A few nitpicky things like we wished the size of the TV was a little bigger for those rainy days that forced us inside and we wished there wasn’t a metal scrubber for the bbq (we made due without using it). Other than that, the complex was small and quiet and it was in a great location, we loved that the beach was literally across the street!

My fiancé, my daughter, and I loved this vottage! So clean and ccozy and exactly as described. 4 minute walk to Long Sands Beach. It was everything we wanted it to be and was a great price for the week. Communication with host was very fast when needed. We will come again. Our little slice of Heaven! Thank you!

Had a great time, close to ocean. Owners immediately answered my message after checking in. And we got to check in early! But it needs more than just a glass door. It needs a door much sturdier with a heavier lock. Comfortable mattress, great water pressure. The faucet in kitchen area lit up! All in all, fantastic cottage for 2 people! We used the propane grill, cooked some brats on it. A small outside table perfect for am coffee. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay. Although the bedroom is tight and the shower is quite small, overall this cottage was the perfect little place that suited our needs perfectly. The homeowner Laura was easy to communicate with and always prompt at answering any questions we had. We woukd definetly stay here again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful week here. The cottage is adorable and very efficient with use of space and the kitchen was well supplied. Comfortable bed. Easy walk to the beach. Very quiet but friendly neighbors!

I was very disappointed with the cottage. There is no room beside the bed to get in or out, never mind having a small table next to the bed. You have to dive in and out of bed. The pull out couch was useless. The covering was stained and all you felt were the metal frame of the couch. There is a poor excuse for a shower head, actually pitiful. It is a fire hazard because there are not enough outlets and everything is running from extension cords. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quaint cottage only a few steps away from Long Sands Beach. Cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed for a great week at the beach. It was spotless upon our arrival and as usual the hosts were excellent at answering any questions we may have had. We would definitely recommend this cottage for a small family or a couple. Our family of three had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back next year!

Great location

The location of the cottage is great. Walk out and cross the street and your on Long Beach. The cottage is small, it would be great for a couple. On this trip it was my husband and and I and our toddler. If she was older it would have been a tighter squeeze. The neighbors are very friendly. Your right on a trolley stop to take into down town. There is a supermarket two miles away. My only negative feed back is the shower has no water pressure. Trying to get all the salt and sand off your body and hair was difficult.

This was perfect for me, my wife, and our 3 year old. Cottage was clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. It is definitely not large, but it works just fine. Recommended.

This place was everything we expected and more. Place was adorable. They had everything we needed from paper plates to seasonings for food to cleaning supplies. We didn't have to bring much at all. We were very pleased. We used the grill outdoors and the beach chairs for the beach that was literally right across the street. Everything was close by, keys were left for us on the table when we arrived with two parking passes for parking. It was nice that we were able to leave our cars at the cottage and walk the 5 minute walk to the beach or catch the trolley across the street to go in to town for the shops and arcade. Saved on parking money, etc. TV and cable worked great, they even had puzzles and games for my daughter. It looked like they had just renovated the place with fresh paint too. We would definitely go back.

We had a lovely time on our vacation, from the moment you turn into the parking lot you are greeted with pristine grounds. Everyone is Super Friendly. The cottage is beautifully decorated. The cottage is a perfect size for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. The only negative thing we can say is the shower is very small, BUT it gets the job done! We hope to return in the future!!!!
