Location. We were travelling to Port Augusta and needed overnight accommodation on an extremely hot day in Broken Hill. Room was quiet and clean .

Immaculately clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. Check in and out easy. Staff communication was fantastic , very warm and friendly and there to help with anything you need. Great location, good location but quiet at night.
Nothing. Everything was as I would like it. Plenty of car space outside of room. Easily accessible. All the small touches were fully stocked.

A well-presented hotel with easy access and parking from the street. The room was comfortable, had reverse cycle air-conditioning, clean and good wifi access. There is a pool and sheltered barbecue area if you want to sit outside and relax. Located outisde the city centre, the hotel is conveniently located to a shopping plaze and the main roads connecting Broekn Hill to other locations.
I had no complaints with this motel. The contactless checkin worked well which means you can arrive at any time after 2 pm.

First impression as we drove into the property was 'Gee this looks nice', and then when we opened the room door couldn't get over how big the room was. Everything was set out really well. The bathroom was also very good - nice and clean and the towels good quality. The self checkin/checkout was very easy. Would definitely stay again if in the area, and if it is warmer would love to make use of the pool area which looked very inviting.

Room servicing is opt-in which is the opposite to every motel/hotel I have stayed ins. For a 6 night stay having to “opt-in” to extra toilet paper (when there was only one spare roll supplied) and bin emptying is sub-par. I opted in and my request after 2 days with a full bin and no toilet paper was not even acknowledged with a text. Then apparently the “opt-in” was just for that one day. Had to empty my own bin. This sort of service should be automatic not opt-in. Fair enough linense or towels but not basic hygiene and cleanliness.

All went very smooth. Check in was easy. Ran into staff a couple of mornings when getting into the car and they were extremely polite and friendly. Room was clean and provided everything we needed for our 3 day stay.
Beds are a funny thing, everyone has different comfort levels. We found our mattress to be slightly uncomfortable. However it was not a change rooms problem.

Spacious, clean, comfortable accommodation. There was also a pool. Not the time of year for it this time around, but I can imagine it would be nice to have a dip in a pool on a summer stay in Broken Hill. Also very good value for money we thought.

The room was very spacious and was spotless. There is a very nice seating area outside and the pool looked inviting but we didn't have time to enjoy either. The room had a microwave, small fridge, snacks, drinks and breakfast items available for purchase. The bed was comfortable and we couldn't fault anything. Don't be put off by the contactless check in, it was very easy and well communicated.

Quiet location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room, easy check-in and check-out.
Had to drive into town to eat. Things close early, except the pubs. Find out where places open for serving food are located.
