The location, the apartment, the lake so close by, the view- so many things!!

Nothing - perfect

Couldn’t get any coffee, lady said she would bring it and never did, messaged her again the next morning but she said she doesn’t start until 10am

Nice clean and spacious apartment. Good availability for parking, also good view. Small equipped kitchen, would have been nice if there was coffee available, there was tea. The location suited us, but you would really need a car to get to Annacy town. Not an issue for us, but just letting it be know that there was no lift, just stairs.

The only negative was the pillows, a bit flat, but I can move on from that, because everything else was good.

lovely balcony with Lake & mountain view, private parking just in front of House, 500 m to a Nice beach with life guard, restaurant, bar & water activities (pedal boats, motor boats, padle boards etc.), easy access to Annecy

aircondition would have been nice (there is a little portable one in the large bedroom)

Very friendly and helpful host. Available 24/7. Great location, simple, efficient and easy apartment which was clean.

AC would have been preferable.

Perrine made us feel very welcome. Knowledgeable and polite, we could not have asked for more.
