Nestled in Smiths Beach, this attractive house for $286 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Only a short stroll to popular and beautiful Smiths Beach, this family home is the perfect getaway for any occasion. Located at the end of a quiet court, it has plenty to offer. The main living area includes an open plan living / kitchen / dining area. Light and sunny with polished timber boards and floor to ceiling windows, this is a lovely comfortable room with wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. Free wifi is available for guest use. Split system heating and cooling is available. The kitchen is very well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave, coffee machine and a large fridge. There are two decks, accessed from the lounge and via the rear, and there is an outdoor setting, a great place to sit back and enjoy the fresh air. A complementary pack of coffee pods, tea, sugar and milk is provided for your visit to get you off to a great start. The main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite with shower and toilet. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and two more bedrooms with single bed bunks. All bedrooms include heating and the back bunk bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player and PlayStation 3 console, with bifold doors that open onto the deck. There is a family bathroom with shower & toilet. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer. There is ample parking on site for two cars as well as in the court. A warm outdoor shower is the perfect way to rinse the sand and salt off after a trip to the beach. This is a well presented home with lots of extras; the perfect location for your next holiday, weekend getaway or as a base for racetrack events. - Doonas and pillows are provided. Linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee to cover laundry service or guests can opt to bring their own. - This is a non-smoking property - NO pets

We had a wonderful time in this house. Its in a lovely quiet part of Smiths Beach, within a comfortable walk to the Beach. The floor plan suited us perfectly with our 14 year old and a couple of mates in the kids bunk room for a few nights, and some close friends (a couple) staying the weekend in the other double bed room. The kitchen/meals area is well equipped, and with perfect weather we were also able to enjoy the two outdoor areas and the very practical outdoor shower. Comms with owner/caretakers all great. Hope we can stay again next year!

We had a wonderful stay here - with perfect weather for a family holiday. We loved the outdoor dining area and the quiet garden as well as the sense that all the bedrooms had their own privacy. We would recommend it.

My friends and I rented this property for the MotoGP weekend. Property was clean and accurately reflected the description. The house managers were very easy to deal with and friendly. The local caretaker was flexible and easily contactable. The house itself has all the comforts of home including the little things like Apple TV and a PlayStation. Within walking distance of the Philip island circuit and a short drive from Cowes. I would happily rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay and the property layout was perfect for us. Nothing to complain about and loved this great house but the Phillip Island eateries are very disorganized. On Friday and Saturday nights after trying everywhere all the way back to San Remo we ended up having to make do with what we could buy from Coles. We did get a table at the Cowes RSL on Sunday night after getting a booking as soon as they answered their phone on Sunday morning.

Great stay!

We had a great time here. Spacious, clean property, fantastic water pressure in shower, clean towels provided. Great communication with venue owner and caretaker. The only hitch we would note is hard for taxi or Uber services.. however we still loved our time here. Very happy!

Dale and Kim were great communicators as we had to change dates a few times due to Covid- but we got there in the end! It’s a perfect home for all ages and the floor plan offers great flexibility for teenagers to have their own space.

The house was a 5 minute walk to the beach and general store, very clean with amazing facilities. There was plenty of room for 2 families and the court location makes for a great game of cricket. The 'bunk' room was a great hangout for the teens and gave everyone their own space to relax when not at the beach. The house was very clean and the amenities perfect. The outdoor areas was lovely to sit at with a glass of wine or early morning coffee. Loved this house!

This property is in a quite cul de sac within walking distance to Smith beach. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the open plan living area. The owners and property manager provided exceptional service.

Winter Getaway

We stayed in early July and we wanted to be assured that the house was warm. Heating in all the bedrooms and the open fire and heating in the living space meant that we had no issues staying warm. Also felt comfortable that the home was clean during the COVID period The home was well set up and had a lot of useful kitchen items. Like always there could be more knives and forks as a family of five go through a few and it would be nice to not have to wash after every meal. Also there was no smaller size saucepan for pasta sauce only bigger pots The owners were responsive to email queries before our stay. The only issue was we could not get the DVD player to work through any of the TV inputs and there was no instructions provided or any response to the SMS message we sent. However I am not sure the number was correct. It is a bit annoying to have to bring all your own sheets/towels and firewood for only a couple of days stay and paying for linen to be supplied on top of the initial cost was expensive. However most homes in the area had the same requirement and during COVID it felt safer having our own linen. This would also be less of an issue if you were staying longer ie over the summer period It is in a very quiet location and the walks to the nearby beaches was very relaxing. It is not walking distance to shops but an easy drive into Cowes and we really wanted to be away from all the business of a town location. It was a lovely escape for our family to have a break before Melbourne headed back into lockdown Would certainly go again
