We were warmly greeted by the owners at the fist day and also during our holiday. This is a very nice place to spend a holiday with family - children are very welcome. We were with two small kids 3 and 5 years old, all days we used to spend on a beach and after that we come back at the afternoon/evening to the apartment Tea where is a place for children to play outside and chill at the evening after sunny days on beach. Apartment is fully conditioned, well equiped (with kitchen equipment) and properly situated according sites of the sun what makes that apartament is not warmed so much by sun during the day. Apartment is very clean and tidy, even my wife was surprised with that and beleve me she is a kind of demanding person in that kind of things. Car parking is safe on the property and shaded by steel construction what makes that car is not warmed before U go to the beach - this is very comfor. Behind the fence U can buy fresh fruits and vege for Your children, dinner or to make Dalmatian salad :) The apartment is situated in perfect place because from that point U can reach different beaches in few kilimeters (Nin, Zadar or Ljubac). All beches with sand so perfect for families with small children. Owners of the apartment are very warm and open for people. We were invited for tea/coffee at the fist day after a long ourney from Poland. What was suprised for us - we get one day after come back from the beach (hungry as never before) an full big plate of freshly made pancaces with jam and nutella. All 4 of us were very happy with that surprise. Thank You :)

There is nothing bad to say abut this place - honestly. We received more that we expected.

Loved the view from the balcony, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. English was not a problem. Quick drive away from the beach. The apartment was beautiful inside and out, had comfortable beds and all the kitchen usentils you could need. All this for a reasonable price. Even had a washing machine!
