Good location in Monterosso, near beach and 5 min walk to the beautiful old town of Monterosso. Room was very clean and comfortable, nice bed. Appartment is very nice and the host was super friendly.
The appartment is next to the railway, trains are quite loud.

The owner Alessandro showed up as soon as we got there with a warm welcome and helpful recommendations. Our room was very clean and complete with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the cute garden area outside too!

Location, cleanliness and brightness
Closest neighbor is the train… so noise from it is really loud, even after midnight…
Double bed is two beds together, it’s not a problem if is used a topper to avoid the gap between them and in this apartment they don’t use… so it’s very uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of the ‘double bed’.

The apartment is very clean, renovated, and comfortable (very comfortable beds and pillows) and the location is great. Alessandro, the host, is extremely kind and hospitable. The apartment is very close to the train station, only a seven minute walk. There is some uphill walking towards the end, up to the property. Alessandro provides guests with beach towels.
There is no breakfast served, but we knew about this in advance. You can hear the sound of the train coming through every 20 minutes. The train stops between the hours of 1230 and four in the morning, so it’s not a big deal.

Alessandro was a kind and excellent host and was on site to introduce us to the room and location. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the doors are very secure to prevent theft, which I appreciated. The location is up a hill on a slight incline, but it was to escape the crowds and noise from the main avenue. There is a nice little terrace with some cushioned chairs to sit on in the backyard. Air conditioning worked and was an huge advantage. I could not hear other guests in the neighboring rooms through the walls, which gave us a good sense of privacy. There was even a lock box/safe in our room. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying at Villino Wanda and would definitely stay here again!
The location next to the train tracks may be uncomfortable for some light sleepers. The train horn never blew, but you could hear the low rumble of the train as it went by. It wasn’t very disruptive to me though, and it sounded similar to an air conditioning unit turning on.

Close to the beach, everything is within a short walking distance away. Check in and check out was simple.
Too close to the train line, could hear the noisy trains passing by, even into the early hours of the morning.

Friendly staff, great location, good amenities and clean room.
The bed was a little soft, which some people may like, but our preference is a firmer bed. Not at all a complaint, just our personal preference

the hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and 10-15 min walking distance to the older more touristy part of town. the apartment is located in a quieter are which is nice.
only negative is that the train behind can be a bit loud, but I only heard it in the morning.

We spent lovely four days in Monterosso, everything was good, super nice and helpful host, clean room, comfortable bed, good location close to the beach, bars, restaurants.
Very close to the railways, gets loud when trains pass by. But after a few you kind of get used to the noice.

The room we had was exceptionally clean and was serviced every day with clean towels. There was air con. It was also modern looked like it had been recently renovated and the room was spacious. Lots of storage space. Perfect for the two of us. The owner also provided us with beach towels for our stay which was great and saved us buying them.

I wasn't expecting a big room and they gave us an apartment with kitchen, wash machine, drier, living room with tv. The location is perfect, far (but not that far) from the crowd. Very comfortable, shower is amazing.
Wifi is terrible. I needed to work from there and I basically used my phone data because the wifi it was impossible to use it.

The location was perfect. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The terrace and garden overlooked the amazing scenery and views. This apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed and was most comfortable I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It was the perfect stay for our last night of our amazing holiday in beautiful Italy. . We will definitely be back!

The room is clean and nice. The location is great, close to the train station and to the beach. Communication is great. Alessandro is super helpful in accommodating our need for an extra day. He helped oriented us with Monterosso and Cinque Terre when we arrived. For our family of four with one adult daughter and one teenage daughter, the single room is somewhat in the small side and booking an “apartment” instead of a “single room” with Villino Wanda would be a better choice. The single room, however, has a veranda which is nice.
The Wi-Fi is a little slow but it’s workable.

The hosts are very nice, responsive and informative about the area. The place was very clean and very modern, also the space was not too small for us two. perfect amount of space for our luggage. beautiful bathroom and shower.

I have travelled to 40+ countries, this was by far the best host and accomodation i ve had!!!
The host was very polite and very helpful. Provided any needed information not just for the apt but for the whole area, events etc. Plus, the host was always available for anything!
It was Sparkling clean, very cozy and modern. All the needed amenities were included, location was great. Also, its very safe with all security measures thought ahead.

It’s a cute establishment with only a few rooms. the room and the bathroom were a good size and very clean and new. Our host and his wife were very kind and helpful. Room has a safe deposit box, mini fridge, and electric kettle which was ideal for us. Our host was kind enough to grab me an iron and an ironing board at my request.
the only drawback is the noise from the train passing by. The train operates certain hours so there is peace and quiet at night time for sleeping.
