Good apartment, very clean and well equipped. Good location but parking difficult

Key collection was from office on the other side of the city. Very awkward when travelling by car as there is no parking either near the office or the apartment

Excellent location, close to the sea, a well-equipped and clean apartment, very functional and big dishwasher and washing machine. A very good bar downstairs, with great pinxos and wine. Banks, shops, restaurnats in close vicinity.

Only minor comments (did not prevent us from enjoying the stay in San Sebastian) 1. Only one set of keys which is not very convinient if the number of guests if more than one. 2. Although a hair-dryer was on the list of available items, it was not there (not important for us, but may be so for some other quests). 3. In the bathroom a few hooks closer to the shower would be a good idea - the only hooks are on the door which cannot be reached from the shower. 4.There is an excellent bar downstairs - however the downside is that it is very noisy at night and you cannot sleep with open windows. 5. A note on the kitchen utensils - cutlery and plates/cups were ok, but only two wine glasses and these were different in size and shape. 6. And one last thing - we only received information with the address where the keys are to be picked up when we were already in town and had to go to another address to get them. It would be nice if this message is sent at least a day in advance.

The apartment was clean and perfect for 1/2 people, good location near the beach and a 30 mins walk into town along the beach front

The lock was broken when I arrived on the front door, but they did come out and fix it No basics there, like tea towels, washing up liquid etc, was provided with no welcome pack or anything
