About this cottage rental
This charming 3-bedroom cottage is just 3 blocks to the famous Long Sands Beach! Ideal to walk to, take your dog for a walk on the beach in the morning & evenings, take your beach chairs & games there to spend the day. Watch the surfers, go for a walk, or just sit & relax! At the cottage, there is a small patio area in the front yard with a picnic table & grill, and a large backyard for enjoying games or sitting around the fire pit. There is one bedroom on the first floor and 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with two single beds in it. Linens are provided. There is a bathroom on the first floor with a shower and an additional outside shower for rinsing/showering after a day at the beach. There is a large eat-in kitchen stocked with everything you need!

Convenient location. Clean and well kept. Bed mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and the seating in the living room could be better.

York beach is one of my favorite places and Sharon’s home is a terrific place to relax and be very comfortable. Sharon is a wonderful host and the cabin has everything you need for a lovely beach stay. We plan on staying again next summer!

The house has an old-time charm. It is bigger than what one might expect from the pictures. The beach is a short 5 minutes walk. We were lucky to have nice weather, so we enjoyed the backyard very much. I would love to come back.

Home had all we need for our stay and more. Home was clean and property well maintained. After a day at the beach we would come back and enjoy a nice dinner on the front deck.

Overall we all had a great time. We did have very hot days and wish there were more air conditioners. Maybe 1 in the kitchen would have helped. We had everything we needed when we arrived. Description very accurate. Parking for 2 cars a little challenging since it was a rear lot which wasn’t listed on the description.
