Location was good

Rooms were not clean, black slime on shower tube, the light switches were sticky and dirty. The bedding had a strong smell of detergent, not a pleasant smell. My colleague found glass on the floor of his room. The rooms are large but dark with very dark with poor lighting, The breakfast is very basic, particularly for the price. The toaster was broken for two days and not replaced.

Not very clean and a bit outdated.

breakfast was poor, continental type is basic, scrambled eggs looked over cooked burned

the recepcionist is very very rude. the room smell was very bad, when we complained the receptionisthe got very angry with no reason and when we asked for 1 pillow she got very angry as well. after when she was nice first when we entered the hotel then the breakfast was awful. no balcony in the room as mentioned in the rooms details.

The suite was really spacious and great views over the rooftops

Very good location in center of town. Good breakfast. Spacious parking for cars. You can find nearby everything supermarkets bars restaurants pharmacy , shops.

Our room was big and with little terrace but dark.

Great location. Large rooms. Separate toilet and bath room.

No airco, only a ventilator to make it acceptable during hot weather. No plugs-ins besides the bed to charge a telephone. Bedlights are not sufficient to read a book. Should be very easy to fix.

The planes from the airport flew right over the hotel - it was very noisy. The shower wasn’t very good

overall okay rooms, just without conditioning so its quite hot, luckily can open windows fully to let fresh air in.

Staff could not be more unbothered to make guests feel welcome. for that reason only would not want to come back. Coffee and milk in the room non existent and other guests complained that breakfast was awful.

Late checkin as coming from a function. Room card left out for us. Email communication was efficient. Decent breakfast.

No Earl Grey teabags. No milk in room with tea/ coffee facilities. Loose electrical socket by telephone / power point

Very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed. Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the town centre. And, an amazing shower. Being a Brit, the breakfast, which was limited but good, had a supply of fresh ... not uht ... milk. Something that is rare in Belgium I was told.

Wi Fi was adequate but slower than local 4g. No safe.
