El servicio del personal excelente

Realize la reservación x el móvil y me retuvieron aparte $3229 pesos adicionales q porq se quedan cómo respaldo y q me los regresarían al siguiente dis y todavía no aparece el monto y cuando pregunté cuando se reflejaría el pago me dijeron q si no se reflejaba tendría q checar con el banco , como porque la verdad esa dirección no es correcta

No es lo que venden, está sucio, descuidado y te tratan mal

No obstante el servicio en general es malo, dos de los meseros se portaron muy amables.

La actitud de recepción es nefasta, siempre parece que te están haciendo un favor. No hay facilidades para discapacitados. Los cuartos están sucios y descuidados. Todo lo tienes que pedir 3 o 4 veces y tardan mucho en atender. No hay agua para beber en los cuartos. La cocina tiene mala sazón. El espacio en las albercas es mínimo, cuando se llenan es imposible pasar. El aire acondicionado funciona a un 20% de su capacidad. Las cortinas están rotas. No obstante dicen que tienen internet este es de muy baja calidad, con dos celulares que se conecten es suficiente para tirar la banda, tuve que estar conectado a mis datos el 80% del tiempo. Ninguna de la tele tiene streaming

Oldmatressess@ upgraded room Iwasnot happy w stay: Hotel should invest and purchase new matressess

I was given a free upgraded room due to Noise at midnight during our first night of stay. I also liked the security and friendliness of all the staff. A good buffet breakfast. The weather was good as well.

Although the free upgraded room was good, I think that it is hard to believe the matress at room 705 was very old. One of the beds support was broken! and the confort of the matress is comparable to small budget friendly posadas that cost $400 peso per night. The hotel MUST prioritize and INVEST IN NEW MATRESSESS!

It was nice and quiet. Location was ten mins from most major things. Very clean! Breakfast was great.

The beds are very firm and were not comfortable for us, it needs some updates, and room service was not the best experience. We ordered a pizza and it was definitely a frozen pizza not done all the way.

Nice premises overall. The rooms looked renovated.

The mattresses were really uncomfortable, very firm, had a bad night. The night stand and the air conditioning remote control were stained.

our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the pool is really awesome. we were chilling there in the late evenings and it was super cool. it is a nice place to stay and we got probably the best deal in the city in terms of price/quality for our last-minute booking!

we had an issue with the door lock twice during our stay. the door did not respond, so we had to go to the lobby, and the receptionist did something with the key cards.

Lovely property. Well maintained. Lovely heated pool. Loved Senora Laura the owner.

We loved the heated pool. Enjoyed the restaurant and staff. Very good marks except for the LOUD LOUD music around the pool. Can't say it enough. It was NOT pleasant.

We hated the LOUD LOUD music around the pool area, especially the LOUD LOUD speaker right outside our room.

Pleasant enough but on the whole very disappointing due to the loud loud loud music poolside.

We liked the restaurant and the staff in general. Breakfasts were buffet style or from a menu. The food was quite good. The 2 pools were very nice looking and warm. This is a family oriented property so lots of boisterous young kids playing in the 2 pools on the weekend. VERY noisy. So far as we could tell only 1 staff member spoke english although others did try to help us negotiate in the little spanish we have with mixed success. We did meet the owner, Senora Laura who was absolutely delightful. She alone would be enough to make you return.

We did NOT like the music in the pool areas played full blast all day and into the evening. We came here to relax by the pool not to dance to VERY loud music around the pool. One speaker was directly outside our room which made having a nice siesta IMPOSSIBLE. We asked repeatedly for the music to be lowered. Once it was lowered only to be turned up again the next day. VERY disappointing. We were there over a weekend. The pools were crowded with young kids mostly screeching with delight as they played in the pool. While we cannot fault kids for that, on top of the loud music it was another annoyance when trying to relax.

Garden view and heated pool

Shower has very little pressure. The shower door has a gap and the water came out to the floor inundating it Only 3 towels in the bathroom for 4 people. We asked for more towels at the reception but no one brought it.

The restaurant area was nice, breakfast bouffet was very good, staff were friendly.

At our arrival we asked the front t desk for an Iron as we were attending a wedding close to the hotel, we never got the Iron and it was too late to keep calling the front the dest. Luckily I took a shower that night but the day after no one could take a shower as the water was clogged up and huge pile of water in the shower.
