The location was excellent and check in was easy. The price was also good.
The rooms were tired, paint coming off doors, door handles and bathrooms needed some tidying up. Clean but well used. Photos on booking.com were not true to the rooms we stayed in.

The beds were very comfortable. The shower was lovely and hot.
The beds were comfortable the pillows were not. Not enough blankets even using the blankets from the cupboard I was still cold after turning heating off. All the cars coming and then leaving lit up the room and woke us all up. Only three towels placed in the room. When I asked for one from reception they said there was no where to put another towel that was confusing.

Was not advised that the restaurant/bar was unavailable. Travelled from Tauranga over the Easter break and specifically booked with the restaurant in mind knowing that not many places would be available to eat over Easter. There were no cooking facilities in room to compensate, not even a micorowave.

Lots of facilities closed for renovation, I.e.Resturant, pool .Rooms a little tired but fine.

Loved the central location. Room was a good size with a really comfy bed. Overall good will definitely stay here again.

I know the dining area was closed, but I would rather pay for breakfast at this facility than go and pay somewhere else. Just my thoughts. Hopefully, it gets up and running again. With/without breakfast included, which would be a bonus. 🙏
The swimming pool closed too early for maintenance. Close it after the school holidays.

The location suited our requirements. There was no breakfast available but they suggested where it could be obtained. There was only tea making facilities in our room. There was not toaster but they provide crockery and cutlery on request. The shower was over the bath which is not satisfactory for some people.
A box of tissues would have been good and a toaster.

The location was good, the staff was good everyone was nice and easy to approach. The room was quiet and was right next to an exit so it made parking easy and moving our stuff out easier.
The wifi connection wasn’t great because we were on the furthest room away so the wifi kept dropping in and out. The TV was old and small with limited channels but it wasn’t a big deal as we weren’t really watching TV.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of on-site parking. Close to town cbd and other amenities. The room was nice and warm and was surprisingly quite large.
The room I got was definitely a lot older and worn than what is projected in the online pictures. The room and hallway had a slight dank smell to it but wasn't overwhelming.
The bathroom was clean but is definitely getting to the end of its lifespan, the bath/shower sprays water all over the room when you have a shower.

The sofa was uncomfortable, base cushions soggy with minimal padding left -it also smelt really stale-be a good idea to update it...

Nice restaurant. Good value for money. Good location
Nearly cancelled before we went. Was put off by several shouty emails insisting that we sign a form to say that we wouldn't be noisy or have parties. We are both seniors and we wondered what the other guests would be like. On arrival at the property there were signs along the same vein all through the property, including the room. We were not asked to sign anything.

Our room was upgraded
Office closed at 6pm. We booked online while still in transit. They didn't see our booking and closed reception before we got there. Luckily some one was there to let us in. He was very apologetic and upgraded our room to compensate.
