The hotel was smell smoking and the bed wasn't make up and towels was On the floor, I try to call reception no one in them

It was dirty, the rooms were full of spiders. We ordered a double room, but they gave us a single bed.

After check out the manager behavior was good when i told him about the bad conditions of the room and said sorry 😞

Bathroom was bad smell Comod was not good and not easily cleaning The covered was broken

Strategic location just next to train station as well as schwebebahn station, got a room with backyard facing window, thus very quiet, there was even bath in the bathroom. Elevator working, box for key dropoff available, internet very fast. Nice staff

Basin in bathroom was leaking a bit, nothing that such not be fixed soon (stayed only one night, no issue for such a short stay)

Horrible conditions. The property should be shut down.

The bed was broken, window didn't close. The flushing system on the toilet broken. Furniture was filthy.

They lie whit rooms... I order one room for two person, but I recieved a room for one person ... I said that on the pictures of booking , I expected I bigger room . First they told me that this Is problem whit booking, they made reservation for that room , after some minutes, they say that they reserved that room for me, because that room it's for two person and dont know why from booking its showing a room for 3 person. as a room for 2 person... I checked other sites for the same hotel, and on the other sites , I saw the same as in booking... Let's see what will happened... If some one has same problem , write me..
