Superb
Great location, large size apartment, very comfy bed and very pleasant staff. The information about island, how to get there and general assistance provided beforehand was excellent and stands out from other bookings for sure. Thank you.
Lacked air conditioning, fly screens and bathroom upgrades required.

Amazing location, bad wifi
Location was excellent.
Our dishwasher broke on day one resulting in water all over the floor and no dishwasher, which was not the end of the world but annoying. They got someone to look at it the following day after giving us the option to hope it could be fixed or move apartments, which we really could not be bothered doing with all our stuf. The man determined it couldn't be fixed so theu ordered a new one. Receptipn did give us a bottle of wine as an apology which was a nice gesture. Wifi was terrible. They said they had had it looked at many times etc etc but it was nonexistent in our bedrooms and kept dropping out in our lounge. The place wasn't as clean as I would have liked; after dropping something under the bed and lying on tbe floor to have a look I got a faceful of dust and dirt. My own fault for not checking at the time of booking, but there is no aircon. Luckily we did not need it til our last night, but this is a glaring omission for beach apartments in NZ. Fans were noisy and inefficient.

Staffs are friendly, check in was hassle free but the room is very tired and rundown for the money it charges.
Very close to the beach
Basic and run down. Room has mosquitoes.
