Beste Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Lausanne. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig, da sich das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße befindet. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist optimal. Mein Einzelzimmer war zwar klein, hatte aber alles was man benötigt, inklusive einer sehr schönen Sicht über den Genfersee. Ebenfalls war es sehr sauber und ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend und ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Very good location, only a few steps opposite the train station. Very near old town and around half hour walk to Olympic Museum and the lake. The pressure of showers are better than I expected. Excellent breakfast. Very nice staff offering valuable information and they even remembered who you’re.

everything was great, great WiFi, clear and tidy room, great and helpful staff, breakfast was terrific
.For location one could not ask for better and with free travel card provided by the hotel it made our life so easy to travel around without need to keep looking for place to buy a tram or bus tickets. plus it does save you money.
the hotel does not have air conditioning or coffee making facility specialy as we are very much coffee addicts. the staff did offer to make us coffee but breakfast was more then accommodating. during our stay the weather was cool and the 2 windows provided more then adequate ventilation. (with help of a fan)

Nothing. Room with tea, coffee and bottles of water was superb. Powerful air con and batb tub was also greatly helpful.

Nice family run hotel, needs renovation, but staff compensate for that. Excellent location for trainstation (you just need to climb 70 steps which is good for your condition).

The hotel is extremely clean, the housekeeping deserves much praise. The Elite is very well placed in the town centre and the parking is a great bonus.
It felt like the 1970s. I don't believe that there have been any improvements since 1977 (except forWIFI). Coloured bathroom suits, bath tubs, fixed radio sets, carpets everywhere - including on some walls and absolutely NO air-con (difficult in these days of raising temperatures: it was 35°). The breakfast was dull and lacking in milk products and fresh pastries. Utterly forgettable.

The room was with balcony. We saw the beautiful lake leman view. the room was clean and amenity is good. very near the Lausanne station. it’s easy to get hotel 2 minutes.
there is one elevator in the hotel. it’s old type and very small, if you were 2people and 2 big suitcases, you can’t use the elevator.

the room i got was snug, overlooking the back side and the single bed felt a lot like a youth hostel.

Very nice hotel with free private parking. It is very close to a metro station and the central rail station, but in a quiet neighbourhood.The staff is very polite. Excellent value for money for Lausanne. We were kindly upgraded to a nice decorated room overlooking the lake.
Breakfast could be richer and rooms need some renovation, but these matters are minor in relation to overall stay.

This was a second stay. The cleanliness was excellent. The staff were friendly. The location is very convenient. The breakfast time and selection was good.
There was a lighting issue in my room, making it impossible to work efficiently. The matter couldn't be resolved at night, which is fully understandable. It was not resolved in the morning either, which again made it impossible to work at my desk.
No compensation was offered or given, despite the room having an issue. This resulted in my stay not being value for money.
I would hesitate to stay again if any work needs doing.
