The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city center and the ski lift. The internet is good.

The service was awful, our room was cleaned only once. We needed to ask for clean towels every day. The staff in the hotel restaurant was interrogating us every day how many persons we are. In the first day, it took us 30 mins to get to the ski room as it wasn't not clear how to get there, no signs. The SPA area is poor with only one sauna There is no actually a lobby in which we could gather and spend some time.

Location is perfect - near the ski area and near the city center. We don´t need to use car or public transportation.

Comfortable simple place to stay. Nothing fancy. Adequate. Help pleasant staff. Lots of storage space.

- We got the room but it wasn't cleaned, socks on the floor and terrible smell in the toilet. This is unacceptable for a 4* hotel. When reported, they did too little by just offering us a bottle of wine - The suites are large but actual bedrooms are pretty small - As a consequence, price is too high

parking. we couldn’t park in the garage as our car including the ski box was too high. Didn’t get help from hotel to sort it out.

Everything about it... The room, the staff are amazing, the location was perfect. We couldn't ask for better rooms... 003 and 004 were perfect for the grandkids to run out straight into the snow.
