Beautiful location. The view from the windows was breathtaking. The provided food was delicious.

While the staff was polite and helpful, the owners' approach to guests was terrible. They treated us as intruders, marring our whole experience, I felt that they were arrogant and rude - not doing simple things like saying good morning.

Waitress during breakfast was very friendly. There were 4 different kinds of juice. The room was big and it had a spacious balcony. The bed was comfortable.

The elevator is too old and it stops too suddenly with kind of disturbing noice :-) In the breakfast buffet there were no cakes, no fresh fruits and no nuts.

This is a top location for Ehrwald and comes with free parking. The owners are very lovely people. We needed a dinner reservation for us and friends who were not staying at this property and they were more than accommodating. We ended up leaving our dog at home on this trip and we're upgraded to the best room. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Friendly staff, big spacious room and nice outdoor area to enjoy a drink or do some lounging.

We were upgraded rooms, the breakfast was amazing, the patio area to sit and rest and have a drink outside was beautiful. Perfect view and atmosphere. Will always return here!
