The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel was better than expected.

the location and view from the room… breakfast was well managed

the room had quite a bit of damage to the curtains, sofa and the laminate floor in the bedroom was lifted as we have dogs who would never do anything like this damage we were worried we might be blamed..and at the price the rooms need to be perfect.

The view is nice, the room are spacious. Very clean

The reception close at night! I arrived at 10 and My reservation was with sofa bed , my suit didn’t have sofa bed. Couldn’t do a thing. They did bring another bed in the following day. No one help with luggage. The breakfast is ok not a 5 star Does not worth the value paid.

Very good accommodation, fantastic restaurant-we had lunch, dinner & breakfast, and most importantly the staff. The property manager Herr Thomas Klinkan,, is an exceptional manager who understands service to the clients. The location is one of the best on the lake.

Beautifully situated at a popular Austrian lake, new building, airconditioned (rare in Carinthia). Great breakfast, very quiet surroundings.

Check the lamps in the suite for their proper condition (two didn't work).
