The house has fairy-tale location.
It’s a scenic spot in itself. This is a B&B and it perfectly does its job with added benefit of kitchen in case of our room.
Chek in, parking, sleeping, staying, cooking, and bathroom…. everything was perfect and so was the Host….
it’s 40 km to Hallstatt, but if you have car then it’s not an issue….. also lot of nearby activities….. superb choice for short or long stay…..

Owners are wonderful and helpful. The facility is spotless and has everything you need. It is a charming and relaxing place. The back yard area is cheerful, well-kept and has lots of chair/lounges for relaxing by the lake or taking a dip. I would highly recommend staying here. The owner helped us with taking the bus into Salzburg which was an easy trip. The bus stop is very close. The breakfast was very good and had juices, meats, cheese, eggs - soft and hard boiled, cereals, fruit, etc.

The hotel was wonderful,the room was very comfortable and clean.The view from terrace was breathtaking.Very polite and warm lady owner.Would definitely stay there again.

The view and the woman boss
The wi fi doesnt work in the room, the sink of the bathroom is in the room, the bathroom is very small, during the night was cold in the room

The house is located at the lake, you need just ten seconds to get in the water. There is a very good restaurant with a stunning beer garden. The property is very well managed, the garden is beautiful.
It is very close to the main road and it was a bit noisy. Beds could be more comfortable and we didn't have full view to the lake, just from the side. The bathroom is very small.

Perfect garden/beach with amazing view with enough seats to enjoy your breakfast or just relax :)
The hotel is near quite busy road - you can hear the traffic in your room.
Poor breakfast - I would appreciate better coffee and tea (not the S budget as offered), some home hame breafast cakes etc. I understand it is a small hotel, but these are the small things that make a big difference.

Direct access to lake from house garden. Beautiful well maintained lawn and view to mountains and lake from agrden too. Amazing view from room 11 (and probably some others too)
Its close to road which can be busy on summer weekends, so some rooms get noise if they have windows opened. Closing windows fixes it though

Very good staff, very nice location.
no soap in toilet for handwash. Would have been nice to have at least a hand soap in the toilet...could be a soap butter or similar.
