Feel Great and happy , so I will go again soon .

Cleans , organized , comfortable, special the spa give great services which make this hotel has more steps over the others in same area 😊

The garden which my room located was not well arranged trees looks like in jungle’s, even looks was good in some years ago If gardener tack care of it , will be great view and special garden

Lovely short break

Lovely clean pool and beach. Great food. Comfortable rooms. Ideal for a beach break from Cairo.

Very limited service on the beach/around the pool. Was difficult to get drink service in the buffet restaurant and clean tables not always available at breakfast or dinner.

Stella Di Mare is an amazing resort where all elements of convenince and enjoyment are gathered in one place. A beautiful, spacious and cozy architecture, wonderful landscape, comfortable room space and aminities, outstanding decent, professional and helpful staff all over the place. Great attention is paid by the management to hygene and cleanliness. Nice and safe swimming lake centered within the facility for families to watch their kids while swimming. A charming private beachfront space with clean water and adequate safety crews around the the beach. Food is amazing with abundance and variety of cuisines that suit all tastes. What I loved most is the welcoming smile of all staff from the gate guards to reception to restaurants, room service and housekeeping. They have an excellent Guest Relations Manager who appeared to be very supportive, helpful and active all over the place ensuring that all guests are receiving the service they have arrived to the place for. My family and I enjoyed a 3 nights stay at this beautiful resort and would love to repeat it again whenever possible. It is truly value for money.

Rooms just need more frequent maintenance.

The reception and the reservation team was mot straight about refund of a third person fees who didnt attend. They delivered a double room although a triple room was reserved. They are dealing with booking customer in a very bad attitude as long as the customer didn’t reserve direct , they will always state that you should deal through booking only. Thanks yo booking for being supportive with such hotels.

Staff were helpful, room was clean, pool and beach areas were nice and safe for kids.

The pool was good. The beach was clean and good.Water sports are interesting. The staff was helpful.

I'd recommend the hotel to friends planning to spend time around Ain Sokhna

tasty buffet breakfest and dinner (some Egyptian food but mostly international) - big room and beds (1 bed was sufficient for 1 adult and child) - we paid little extra for the sea view and we had maginificent sea view - sunrise over the sea from our balcony - room on the ground floor - conveninet with stroller and children - room very close (less than 50m?) to the beach - relatively large playground - refilling 4 small bottles of water every day - it wasn't enough but there were two shops where you could buy it at the resort (water prices lower than in the Cairo) - two shops where you could buy food (necessary because there was no lunch in the offer) and pharmacy in the resort - clinic very close to the hotel and simple visit costed around 5 USD - they took into account that we come with 2 children so we had the card for 4 beach towels per day

crows not afraid of people at all (one of them landed on our daughter when she was lying covered with towel on the deckchair on the beach and another caused that we had to replace the towel which was drying on the balcony) - great that wi-fi was free but it was breaking connection often (local SIM from Cairo was very useful)

Great winter get-away!

This is our 3rd Stella di Mari we stayed at, previously being Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada and love the hotels' standards. Grand is a beautiful hotel with very well-kept landscaping. Very clean public areas and rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Captain during morning buffets who catered for all our needs, thank you, you are a credit to the hotel! Room Service and Housekeeping also do an amazing job!! Beach was clean and Waiters very attentive. Pool was lovely but being winter, not used. Dinner at Ponte Vecchio was amazing!! Buffet breakfasts and dinners at Ill Proverbio was as expected with a wide range of Western and Arabic cuisine, again the Servers were outstanding! Check-in was relatively fast and hassle free, but no one to get your luggage from the car or park the car. The hotel did a great job in surprising my daughter on her birthday and we appreciate it greatly, a BIG thank you to all!!

Arrival at hotel with no luggage or valet service. Games room for kids should be free to guests.

If smoking bothers you don't

No mention of smoking indoors. It was supposed to be a family friendly resort, which in large part it was but there was a couple that literally smoked weed among families at the beach and att the bar. I know that several staff noticed but did nothing. Very disappointed because other than that it was 4/5.

Well, place it self is gorgeous... very nice and beautiful.. Good place for relaxing... Beach is clean and cool. Food is delicious. Animation team is very friendly. Night show is awesome.

No welcome fruits dish in room as it was existing last time by default. .
