checkin via maschine, reception only available up to 2.30pm, after that no room to store luggage, no wifi in room

it is really terrible extremely terrible. the woman at the reception early morning was extremely angry because I just spoke in English, really rude not friendly. when I arrived late the check in via machine, where is the hospitality the friendly staff oh boy the room is terrible, the location in now where I strongly don’t recommend to anyone.

Terrible customer service on behalf of both the hotel and booking.com! I am traveling to Frankfurt regularly for business and will never ever use this property or booking.com again! Happy new year!!
