Very friendly and helpful staff with good english, location is very close to the beach and the city centre, overall it was a great experience and would definitely stay there again next time I visit Tivat.

Need to turn on the boiler, no available maintenance, no room cleaning, bad sheets, small room, old building.

Very small room .No balcony only small window with ugly view. No lift so we had to draf our bags up ourselves and no helpers only one person who runs the information and same time the restaurants

Location and staff. Breakfast was ok.

The room was small, there was no amenities like soap or towels for the floor. Things were broken like toilet paper holder and shower screen, and there was only one socket behind the bed. There was no proper bed linen and we need to ask blankets. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the AC unit outside was very lout. We didn't sleep the whole night and we left the next day even we had paid four nights. The restaurant and lobby were pretty dirty and e.g. menus were full of dirty, greasy fingerprints. The whole place needs comprehensive renovation and cleaning.

The hotel staff was friendly and tried to solve the problem

Actually, the main problem was that we did not have the hot water in the shower. The hot water in this hotel is provided by an electric boiler, and this device was switched off completely at our arrival. The hotel staff has switched it on and said, we have to wait for about 1h, until the water becomes hot. But after 1h nothing has changed, the boiler did not work. Also, many things are old and almost broken in the hotel - the shower itself, the WC was very noisy, and so on. There is an uncomfortable smell in the lobby.

The staff was really kind and pleasant, the communication was smooth.

The cleanliness of the rooms (I won't go into details), the lack of hairdryer in the rooms, the lack of elevators, the cleanliness of the common spaces in the hotel

I did not like anything

Starting with the shower, it was very dirty, we were very tired so we didn't stress so much about it. Today I went for breakfast at 09:00 with my wife, the waitress ask us for a drink and what would we like to eat at 09:15, she brought the drinks, at 09:50 we were still waiting for breakfast I go and ask and they apologize, then they said the food will be ready in 5 minutes, at 10:15 the waitress approaches and ask, " what did you guys ask for breakfast". The only thing that we did was look at each other with my wife and leave because we were already late for check out. Then check out is at 11:00 at 11:08 we were leaving the room and there were people already knocking at our door and touching their wrists like "you are late". And yes we were late because we were not able to take breakfast, and get ready on our time.

Very friendly staff. Wi-fi was not the best, but administrator gave extra router, and I did not have any problems. Good location, near the 15 min by walk to the Porto Montenegro. Hotel has small cozy terrace for lunch or just relax.

Room was not so much clean. Air was not fresh. Furniture is enough old and need to be fixed. View from my own terrace was on neighbors' yard and on the build construction, and little bit on sea.
