La salle de bain était exigüe, mais cela à été résolu lors du chambre suite à une fuite au niveau des WC

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch der Innenstadt, Park vor der Tür und ausreichend (öffentliche) Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Es ist sehr, sehr sauber, auch unter dem Bett, die Fenster etc., das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, man schläft schön ruhig.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das lt. Beschreibung Kaffee- und Teezubehör enthalten sollte, die Fotos suggerierten eine Sitzecke, beides war jedoch nicht vorhanden. Mit Kleinkind haben wir abends geliefertes Essen aufs Zimmer kommen lassen, Essen ohne Tisch war schwierig. Wir hatten schon einmal ein Comfortzimmer in diesem Hotel, was all das hatte, haben uns dieses Mal wegen des weiteren Bettes für das Familienzimmer entschieden, welches wir definitiv nicht mehr buchen werden. Das Zimmer ist auch echt winzig gewesen.
Im Bad gibt es nicht die winzigste Ablagefläche, ebenso keine nennenswerte Schrankfläche im Zimmer. Für eine Nacht OK, auf keinen Fall für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Locatie ook top: bij een rustig park, maar vlak bij de binnenstad. Het ontbijt was ook prima geregeld.
Het toilet en de badkamer waren echt erg krap, met wat simpele klapdeurtjes.

Thionville n est pas très propre et il y a une odeur nauséabonde dans le quartier des restaurants

Gediegenes 2-Sterne-Hotel. Einfache Ausstattung aber komplett. Von der oberen Etage hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber man bekommt mehr als sonst in Frankreich üblich.
Die Parkstrategie in Thionville haben wir nicht richtig verstanden. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Vor dem Hotel und in der direkten Umgebung ist anscheinend die teuerste Parkzone.Das heißt, dass man für etwa 3€ maximal 2 Stunden (+ eine halbe gratis) parken darf. Danach verzehnfacht sich der Preis! Zwischen 19:00 und 07:00 ist es wieder gratis. Das heißt, dass man tagsüber gezwungen ist, alle zwei Stunden ein neues Ticket zu lösen. Parkhäusr in der Nähe haben wir nicht gefunden.

receptionist didn’t speak english and had an attitude when I arrived, I book superior double room with bath but been allocated in double bedroom with shower, breakfast it’s cold food only. Not worth it

It was noisy outside up to 2 am and difficult to sleep. There was a terrible smell in the room. Breakfast was poor. Replacement of absent tools and food was done with significant delay.

Located across from a park, about 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. My room was spacious, clean , quiet and comfortable with a nice view of the park.

The location was great, in the center of Thionville. Staff was friendly.

Centrally located. Well kept and clean. Room was nice and had all we needed. Staff were very nice and friendly. We don’t speak french but had no problems at all.

nice hotel in a beautiful area just minutes from the centre. the rooms have no frills but are clean, comfortable and are exceptional value for money

No parking available. No extractor fan in toilet hence very steamy. Window blind damaged. Breakfast on the mean side

the towels were missing and we asked for them. The staff provided them fast. The towels were worn out.

The location is great, didn't try the breakfast. The personal was kind and overall the room was clean and comfortable.
The layout of the room made entry a bit difficult, since the bathroom doors got in the way.

It was clean and comfortable.
However I couldn't shower as the bath was so deep and it was difficult for me to try and climb in, not suitable for someone with mobility problems. I'll make sure net time I book a hotel with a restaurant. It was under 10min walk to centre however it was mainly bars, and extremely busy.
