Nice hotel. Large, well equipped and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Family orientated. Entertainment team working hard. Lots of activities. Nice view. All Italian focussed, little English spoken. Sufficient, but every day same, breakfast (we didn’t have lunch or diner at hotel). Private beach and bar is nice too. Nicely located to explore surroundings (car is needed). Swim cap required.
One big minor thing for me is the nearly constant loud music and use of microphone by the entertainment team. Noisy from 10-00hrs. Almost non-stop.
Make sure you read the additional charges of membership fee and taxes in the hotel information.

We stayed there for one night on our way from Bari to Sicily.
The hotel rooms are placed in a corridor building forming an arc. The pool was really nice, and the water was warm. A lot of outdoor space. There is a football pitch, tennis court, night show for the kids, animators (both kids and adults)… The hotel is about 2 km from the beach, but there is a bus to and from the beach.
We had bed and breakfast but opted to pay for the buffet dinner. It was amazing. The pasta was excellent. Breakfast was very nice as well.
The staff was very pleasant. Friendly and doing their best to cooperate.
Kind of reminds me of All Inclusive resorts in Turkey, but in an Italian way. Not necessarily bad, but not what you would expect in Italy.
Not much to do outside the area. You will need a car to go to other towns for a night walk.
I think one would get bored after a couple of days.

The property had several amenities and everything you needed was there.
The hidden fees. Not much to do in the town itself.

The rooms are great and really big, beds super comfortable, staff are friendly but speak little English. The private beach is great, although the water in that area isn't the best.
Pool is also great but having siesta from 13 to 15 pm which is a bit ridiculous. So again, better for Italian people who follow this strict time routine.
The area around is great for walks through fields and vineyards, so the view is great and it's very peaceful and idyllic.
It's definitely not a great resort for foreigners, in our case British. Luckily we only had breakfast included, because the food options were horrendous. Breakfast was terrible the typical Italian unhealthy breakfast, basically cakes,biscuits and other sweets. Not even a little bit of fruit or vegetables, terrible for people who are following a healthy lifestyle.
Also it's impossible as a couple to spend a nice chilled evening by the bar. You can't pay in cash and as soon as you reach 50 euros with the mandatory club card, so after just two cocktails each you basically need to walk to the reception to unblock the card.
And definitely don't come here if you don't have a car available.

Nothing.
Worst experience ever. The food cannot be eaten, like factually!! This is crazy because I read a lot of comments saying that and I was like "no way, it must be okay". Well, it is not folks. Don't try it!
Service is bad, lot of noise even during night, bad location, rooms without air conditioning, bad WiFi, strange receptionist (except the kind girl, thank you!)

Pool was lovely animation was very good specially for the kids..the beach was good and the animation was super there too .the was spacious and clean.and staff very friendly specially receptionists spoke very good English which was very helpful for me.also breakfast was superb.

Watch out for all the extra you have to pay!!!
Do not give your creditcard !!!!!!!
Have had a bad experience wenn checking in, first a discussion about payment for the room and after showing confirmation of the payment for the room still trying to let us pay again.
Finally we had to pay 65 Euro for extra facillities like use of swimmingpool or beach transfer.(have a look for the extras you have to pay when booking)
After paying this with creditcard , we found it a little bit strange that it took a while with the machine. i got a receipt back from the creditcard machine for 65,- . To be sure we looked later on the bank transaction and our suspicion was right we noticed they had used the card for a second transaction and charged us again for the room.
After calling the bank there were indeed 2 transaction at the same time.
After a new discussion that with the not very cooperating manager. ( It is then very easy to do not to speak or understand English) a different helpfull girl told us finally they made a mistake and we got the money cash back
It gave us a very nasty feeling.
Breakfast was untill 0930 but arriving at 0840 most of the breakfast buffet was gone, after asking the employees for filling the empty plates you get a bad respons.
They charge also 5 Euro extra for a beach towel although you have paid for use of resort facilitys.
A lot of music during day and night
For us never again.
