It was good due to the staff only.

The staff & the location that’s it.Special mention of Subhadra the receptionist who was too courteous and assisted us from start to end.

The room.- the washroom. The room given to us was I guess under construction- the washroom was dirty and the water coming out of the tub was dirty. The floor of the washroom was also dirty. The tea & coffee served in restaurant wer cold.

Amazing staff and peaceful stay

Staff and breakfast were amazing. Villas were huge and it was great having our own pool away from main guests therefore could make as much noise especially with children. We had all 3 villas. Other family had suites in the main hotel and these were beautiful would recommend. Do the free rice paddies tour very informative and interesting. Staff were amazing and we tipped extra at the end especially for Sylvia

Not a huge issue but the Villa bathrooms a bit dated and outside kitchen area but we didn't really use the kitchen as we ate out. Need to taxi to shops but yet again not an issue as we loved everything else here

Beautiful villa and friendly staff but disappointing breakfast, poor internet, and unreliable electricity

The pool was great. The bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. Clean facilities.

Breakfast was very basic and for the price - needs improving. The electricity kept on cutting out which is very inconvenient. There was poor internet connection. The bathroom towels didn’t dry.

Je déconseille totalement cet hôtel pour un séjour à ubud.

La chambre et la piscine.

Choix très restreint pour le petit déjeuner, c'était une déception totale. Le café est imbuvable. Aucun choix dans la restauration. L'hôtel est excentré du centre de ubud. La baignoire n'est pas fonctionnelle.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es war paradiesisch schön, die Pools und die Gärten traumhaft, das Essen fantastisch und das Personal überaus freundlich! Wir haben auch eine kostenlose Wanderung in die Reisfelder bekommen und gelernt, hinduistische Gebetskörbe zu flechten. Die Angestellte hat mir auch eine Einführung in den Gamelan Tanz gegeben, was wirklich sehr spannend war!

Leider haben wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht, ich wäre gerne länger geblieben...

Sehr schöne neue Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal

Nach einer Nacht in der Familienvilla durften wir in das neue Gebäude wechseln und haben dort zwei Familienzimmer bekommen. Diese sind neu und wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Familienvilla ist nicht zu empfehlen da im alten Gebäude und schon sehr heruntergekommen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und war stets bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Der Pool war leider nicht ganz so sauber weil hier eine richtige Filterung fehlt. Hier wurde dann stets versucht mit noch mehr Chlor den Pool sauber zu halten. Es haben sich auch einige Chlorkörner am Beckenrand befunden was nicht ok ist... der Chlorgehalt des Pools war denke ich weit über den empfohlenen Grenzwerten. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht so optimal da es keinen Gehweg gibt und man zu Fuß immer auf der engen vielbefahrenen Strasse laufen muss.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and there are some free cultural activities the hotel offers.

The furniture is a little old but totally fine.

Superb

The place was cosy! We got a huge room on the second floor, it was really beautiful. A bit far from the centre. We rented scooter at the hotel, and we parked in Ubud centre at the wrong place so our tire was flattened by the police. The stuff was really helpful, and even they gave us an other scooter to use while the other was at repair.

There was an animal on our roof, which was a very noisy in the evening. After we called for the stuff help it went away.

Not heading back any time soon!

The small pool outside our room. The staff tried hard to rectify our concerns.

The room was quite dated, and needed refurbishing, mould evident in the bathroom. Restaurant was not very good our teenage waitress, doubled as the cook and this really let the hotel down as the food was appalling and there was no variety!

The villa was in a very peaceful location. beds were very comfortable. The private pool was a great size and very clean.

The bathrooms need an update. more seating needs to be provided.

We spent our Christmas period at Budhi Ayu and the staff made sure we have an unique experience including 4 course dinne

Well designed property. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is tasty and rooms are getting cleaned every day. Pool is spacious and clean as well.

Nice comfortable room, and the area was peaceful at night.

Wifi didn't work for some time, and also the electricity went out on and off for over 24 hours. I feel they need a generator in future.

The accomodation let me check out earlier without penalty.

Our villa was dirty, there were a lot of broken things inside and outside, espesially in kitchen. Wifi was poor.

Awsome!

This place is no nice! You should totally go there! Super spacy rooms with super spacy bathrooms. Very comfy bed and everything is super clean. All place is just lovely, the garden and the pool area are awesome. The place is better for those who have some transport since it is not so close to the city center.
