Excellent value and would highly recommend this comfortable and friendly hotel.

This hotel is excellent value for your money. The water is hot, the rooms are large and the staff is very friendly. After checking out, I was able to securely leave my bags until my 4:00 shuttle arrived. Highly recommend!

The hostess was great, sweet and very helpful and the only one who spoke english:-)

The bed was a little to hard for us but the rest was fine:-)

Very good

When we got there the front office guy was sleeping lol the attendants were helpful. Best part is the proximity to Calle Santander,lake Atitlan is a few blocks down, the breakfast is delicious.

The outside looks like an abandoned parking lot but that's about it.

Superb

Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the lake, shopping and restaurants. Able to park our bus out front.

Some noise being next to a circus, but that was done by 10pm. Only able to eat breakfast at the hotel, which was delicious.

Exceptional

Lovely hotel, the room we stayed in was on the top floor and was very spacious and bright with a great view. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to relax. Hot shower, staff are very lovely

Breakfast takes a little while as everyone seems to come down at 8am and I think it's only 1 or 2 staff serving so if you are in a rush I wouldn't bother. But otherwise it's breakfast included so can't complain if you're happy to have a leisurely morning

Great value, attentive staff, fantastic views

great room on 4th floor with view. Price was good and the staff very nice. Simple breakfast but good and efficient. Pool area was very nice.

Place was a little run down and the plants needed more care. Could have been a little cleaner.

Very good

The terrace has amazing views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. The grounds and rooms are extraordinarily clean.

Sometimes breakfast service was a little slow.

Price was responsible

They didn’t let us know what time breakfast started when breakfast ended. Some of us got to eat and others got there at 10:15am and missed breakfast. Staff said we missed it.

Great location to experience Panajachel

The building and the grounds are very pretty. Easy to get to as it’s just a short walk from the boat dock, and close to lots of shops and restaurants.

My window didn’t open in the room and there wasn’t a fan so it felt a little stuffy while I slept. Would have been nice to have lounge chairs to relax by the pool. The upper deck has a beautiful view but there aren’t any cushions on the wicker chairs so it’s not very inviting. Some areas of the hotel felt quite run down, but the garden is lovely!

a very nice place to stay.

located a 5 minutes walk from the Main Street. the hotel has very nice views, very friendly staff, big open areas, free parking, huge and clean rooms. Fully recommend.

roof top terrace with beautiful view. breakfast was good and staff was so friendly. fantastic location - close to the centre and the lake.

There is no sound barrier, so it was quite noisy in the room from people in neighbouring rooms or those standing and talking outside the room. one night I was actually kept awake by a man snoring 3 rooms away. No drinking water provided. In my experience traveling through Latin America, the cost is quite expensive for what is offered.

Disappointing

There is a really good breakfast included with the reservation. And the landing site for the “parapente” is really near.

It’s right next a dried river, and the street is really dusty and not welcoming. The view of the lake gets overwhelmed by the view of this dirt road, and the dry river.

the view and the great location! pool was nice to have but we didn’t use it

roof wasn’t fixed so I’m the night was very noisy. the staff didn’t speak any English. breakfast we could only eat outside wich was cold in the morning

Staff, location, value, views from property third level terrace, breakfast, overall it was great!

It would of been nice to have A/C or ceiling fan but not a reason not to come back.

Superb

The staff on the hotel was super nice and the food was delicious. The location is really close to the lake. Also the view from my room was excellent

The only thing that I would say I did not like were the pillows. The were a bit lumpy. Also there seemed to be a mix up and ended up paying more than what booking showed. Still a good price for the hotel.

I was sold a hotel not worth the money

Nothing, we left town first thing in the morning

Only one person was amigable, dirty, dirty pool, vacuum inside pool 2 days, shower backed up, poor lighting, poor location, view of lake what a joke, caged parrot all by myself, sad!!! I paid so much for $20 more dollars would have had a 5 star hotel, very dissatisfied.
