Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city. Rates have already been reduced through 2024 to reflect any potential delays.* In the meantime, the beach ramp impact to guests at Opus is minimal because there is a public beach access directly next to the complex. Guests typically use this access regardless because it's easier to get to from the room. Simply take the elevator down to the garage and the beach access is right through the garage.
