Posizione ottima sia per muoversi e visitare la città sia per la bellissima vista di cui si gode. L'edificio è a due passi dal tram panoramico lungo il fiume Duero e da alcuni edifici storici della città (palacio da Bolsa, Igreja de Sao Francisco, Alfandega do Porto). La camera corrisponde alla descrizione, è ampia e confortevole, e viene regolarmente pulita e sistemata. Connessione WiFi buona. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Manca un'alternativa per la colazione per intolleranti. Le camere affacciano su una strada trafficata e l'isolamento acustico andrebbe migliorato.

Location was ideal in regarda to how close to the centre of porto it was. Location was also close to 2 of the citysightseeing stops. The room was modern, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Extra attention was given to the facilties such as a good variety of toiletries, a proper hairdryer, all the appliences/cutlery you would need if you wanted to cook in the kitchenette area. The bed was large and firm (which was ok for us).

Although we had a balcony with river view, the river was largely obscured by trees so wasn't the river view we were expecting. It was quite nosy with the road outside in the night, with cars, passersby and also a person on the floor above who was rather noisy when walking about. We were however supplied with earplugs thst were very handy. I hadn't realised that breakfast was toom service, which was nice and it was delivered to our door at 9am, however there wasn't any variety from day to day of what was in the breakfast (coffee, yoghurt, 2 bread rolls, butter, jam, mini croissant and mini Portuguese tart). Having said that, what was provided was good quality and tasty.

The communication and availability of a contact person. I like more person-to-person assistance. ☺The breakfast was exactly the same four days in a row and not very nutritional and also a bit on the late side for a working person who needed to be at the congress hall by 9h00. I also would have appreciated to have had milk and enough sugar at arrival and that it would be replenished daily as I was not on holiday and thus self-catering was not an option

A perfect place to stay in Porto. Best location with a great view to the river. Self check-in is very easy. Facilities and services are perfect (including kitchen stuff and toiletries). Cute breakfast basket with bakery and so on. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good, but just a small remark: in confirmation it says that breakfast is served 8-9am, but it turns out it's 9-10am.

The location of the appartment was great, really close to the river in the city centre. When you arrive, you use the code in the main door and you get the keys from a locker using another code given. We did the check-in at 23h and the check-out at 11h. Regarding the room, it is very big and the decoration is perfect. It has a complete kitchen (so you can even cook there) , a spacious bathroom, two wardrobes and two really-big-bedroom connected as one double. Everything was really clean and the views from the window were fantastic. We would stay here again; despite the things that could be improved we consider that the quality-to-price ratio is really good and all the inconveniences are minor.

In some other comments, people remarked the noise made by other guests in the room close to their. In our case, we noticed it but it was completely bearable and this was not a problem for us (maybe it depends on the other guests). Apart from that, other people pointed some bad smell in the appartment; in our case we only noticed it when brushing the teeth (only in the sink). It is something not very remarkable in our opinion, we add it just to mention the comments previously made by other guests. Regarding the breakfast, it is given at 9 in the door (maybe too late if you want to leave the appartment sooner) and includes some pastries and bread with butter and jam, orange juice and milk bricks, coffee and fruit or yoghourt depending on the day. We think that this could be improved, since it can become quite repetitive if you stay for some days and it is not very healthy; quantity is fine but the composition could be definitely improved. Finally, the luggage can be stored for free in their offices but it is quite far from the city centre and you need to take the metro (around 20-30 mins in total) to leave it, so this is not very convenient. We had to leave the luggage in a place close to the appartment and paid for that.

Wifi didn't work. Got the instructions to reset the router, but I was never told where it is. My problem was't solved until the end of stay. Breackfast is realy bad

tried contacting guest ready before we arrived but had no reply to any messages which was frustrating however I called them when we were there and they answered straight away and were very helpful , also the beds are quite hard

Fantastic location. Beds are comfortable and the building is beautiful. Great views of the river and the wine caves on the other side of the river.

The apartment is acceptable, but a little shabby. For instance, the wallpaper is torn at places (it looks as if there was a picture o something that has fallen off) and the room needs a little maintenance. Due to its very central location, it is rather noisy.

we had a problem checking in. Communication was poor and we had to wait in the lobby from 3pm to 4.30pm after arriving at 12pm. also when my husband called the office, the woman on the phone was rude and shouting at him. There was coffee but no milk which wasn’t very helpful in the morning.

Great location and the room had everything you need for a perfect stay in Porto. Little kitchen if you want to cook your own meals or make breakfast.

Everything was a NO, I wanted to do a late check out and they said no. I wanted to leave my luggage at the flat and also was a NO. They are not flexible and I didn't know until I booked but they mention that they take a deposit if you damage anything at the property.

Property was exceptionally clean and great location. Liked having a fridge in room.

the pictures in the internet show a big lobby, but there is no reception, the toilet ist closed and the tv doesn't work. when we arrived there was no key in the key lock. we called the number they gave us and were told, that we wrote them our check-in time is between 18.00-19.00 pm and the room is not ready. it was 17.30 pm at that time and in the instruction mail they told us check-in is possible after 15.00 pm. after 20 minutes we got a sms that we should take a photo for the empty key lock to prove it was empty(?). after that nothing happens, the telephone was blocked and after more than 1,5 hours someone appeard and checked first the lock, said sorry and gave us the card for our room. roomservice: first day no-one came, next day the room was cleaned, but when we came back in the evening, the door was open!!! after all, we can't recommend this place.
