Nestled in Martinborough, this attractive house for $137 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ELLSTONE FARM HOUSE -( text Jill 0272080026) -at 240 White Rock Road ,Martinborough (1km past Brackenridge spa) is available for 14 people. Because Ellstone is a big house a minimum of 4 guests for $320 (excludes Bookabach fee) is a requirement. You are welcome to Text the number above for any variation, maybe for during the week 15% discount for 7 days or more. A private sunroom with pullout couch is included in these numbers as is the lounge with room for 2 stretcher beds plus a sofa bed in kitchen area. ELLSTONE is a spacious farm house with all the comforts of home offering 3 ensuite rooms,3 living areas (1 can be used for sleeping)plus , Sunroom with pullout sofa. 2 log fires, plus heat pump. Private outdoor Spa (only onlookers sheep, or cattle) and large sunny decks. Peace and beauty abound on this 900 acre sheep and cattle farm. Beautiful views of rural Wairarapa from the top of gentle rolling hills. A great walk .A short drive to Vineyards, Restaurants, Golf Course and Brackenridge. 4km drive from the Square. Linen is NOT included. Plenty of duvet inners, and pillows provided. (*I will supply 2 towels per person, for an extra $10 per person to cover laundry cost. If you need sheets and pillowcases as well, an extra $5 each, so $15 extra per person for all linen. This can be paid for direct to my bank account number. Text at least 3 days ahead, if needed please.Tea and Coffee is included, but all other food and drink needs to be brought with you. Ellstone can sleep 14 if you are prepared to share! PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTTOM AND TOP SHEETS,PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. You need to bring your own unless prior arranged as above * Ellstone is a working farm, activity can sometimes be operating closeby, and the private self contained flat may be occupied. Your privacy is assured. Please leave the property and spa as found. Sorry, we do not allow dogs on the property😒

Loved our stay, lots of space to spread out inside and outside, beautiful surrounding gardens. Really easy communication and check in. Friendly tenant onsite that left us to it. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Had a lovely time with friends at this property. Weather was terrible, so we spent lots of time by the cozy fire, and managed a quick dip in the hot-tub. Loved seeing the lambs in the front paddock - on a sunny warm day the deck would be beautiful. A short drive to town and wineries, but also a lovely spot to read a book, take in the view, and enjoy some time away.

Sitting on the covered deck, in the sun watching the lambs playing, was bliss. Very comfortable home, although has some quirks that come with older properties, but very well set up. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wedding to attend and found this place far enough away to enjoy the country but close enough to go to town square. Lovely roomie house to got large groups. You were almost out of dishwasher powder and toilet paper so did have to buy some more. Will definately stay again.

Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone. We had a lovely time. Our only comment is we didn't realise we would be feeding the cats living in the house. The kids loved it and one cat was super friendly but woke us up a few times at night . Great place to stay if you love cats. All considered we recommend this house for a quiet and peaceful stay in the country. The spa was a bonus.

Was a great sized property for us and we loved our stay. A little different in real life to the photos but was fine. The flies were really bad though and should of had a spray of some sort there to use. Other than that great location and perfect for our family.

Place is homely, when they say they supply NOTHING, that is correct. We supplied all out own linen, you could opt for them to but at an additional charge to the almost $700 for 2-nights We were asked to take our rubbish with us - but when we checked in found the place had not been cleaned and previous occupants had left their rubbish, would have thought the place would at least have had a quick clean (yes you do pay a cleaning fee) before we arrived. Spa pool - one of the reasons we chose this place, was not working properly Overall dissapointed - could have been so much more

Enjoyed all aspects of this place, it was wonderful for our family reunion. I wouldn't recommend the sofa bed though, it's seen better days and not sure it should really be listed as a bed. That aside, all else was perfect. Lovely garden and beautiful views from the site too!

Very much as advertised, lots of different spaces so would be an excellent place for a large family or group. We enjoyed our evening there and it's a beautiful location, and a quick taxi to central town (book the taxi in advance!)

We had a great time and Jill and Dougs property. The house was amazing. Plenty of beds and plenty of rooms to hangout in. The spa was great and there was also a massage chair that got a lot of use. The house was too far to walk to town but we used the shuttle service which was super easy and cheap ($5 pp). We weren’t sure if duvet covers were included luckily we had brought our own. Overall lovely stay and Jill is a wonderful host

We had a fabulous stay. The house and location were ideal for us and our extended family who were attending a family wedding. The amenities were as described, contact was effortless and the weather perfect to make use of the beautiful grounds and spa. Thoroughly recommend.
