We are without electricity and water and lift for about 5 hours and pretty much disappointed

Nice location in the center of the city. A lot of good restaurants around. Air conditioning in each room made our stay rather comfortable

Electricity was turned off two days in a row. It wad not a responsibility of the owner, but still was uncomfortable.

great location, good contact with host, very understandable. security guard outside helped us alot, we appreciated his thoughtfulness with buzzing us in each time.

Big apartment and everything new

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment during our visit to Yerevan, and it was just what we needed. The apartment was tastefully furnished and decorated, with a modern and chic design that made me feel right at home. The living room was spacious and cozy, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy for me to cook and prepare meals whenever we wanted. The bedrooms were also a highlight of the apartment, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for all my belongings. The towels were clean and fresh. The location of the apartment was also ideal, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a short walk from the city center. I enjoyed the convenience of having plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, while still being able to retreat to the peace and quiet of the apartment at the end of the day. Overall, I would highly recommend this Stay Inn apartment in Northern Avenue to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay during their visit to Yerevan. The attention to detail and excellent service provided by the host made my stay truly memorable and enjoyable.

Duvet/Comforter insert needs changing/cleaning when new occupants arrive. The one we had smelled used.

There is bidet

Fine located apartment for someone who needs a base to explore the centre of Yerevan. Although rent price is not considered low, it is fair for such an apartment. Communication with manager and colaborators was always reliable. In general, a real good choice.

Looking at the back yard of the building, there was more anticipation for peaceful hours late at night or early in the mornings. Perhaps those were just the sounds of the city...
