Nestled in Miramar Beach, this attractive condo for $491 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Relax and Refresh in this amazing 3 bedroom condo at the beautiful, family oriented Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. Located on the second floor of building 1, you will have gorgeous views of the gulf from the master bedroom and the balcony. This non-smoking unit is pet friendly to small lap-type dogs and can accommodate 9 people comfortably. There are TWO large king bed suites as well as a 3rd bedroom with built-in twin-over-full bunk (new in 2020). There is also a new pull-out sofa with a comfy mattress for 2 more people. There's even a pack-n-play if you have a little one. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own Smart TV and there are also 2 DVD players in the unit. Maravilla is a popular, family-oriented resort with direct access to the beach where you will be provided with complimentary beach service which includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas (normally mid-March - October) Need more chairs than that? There are at least 2 or more beach chairs in the unit for you to use. There are also beach toys, beach towels and beach bags available. Maravilla has two pools - one Gulf front and one heated - a whirlpool, work-out room, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop. Plus if want to take a jog or go for a walk, there are miles of walking paths overlooking the beach. This NEWLY REMODELED unit includes brand new shaker cabinets with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and new designer porcelain tile floors. Furniture and decor will have you feeling relaxed and at home in no time. Your gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for baking and cooking. There are books, games, and puzzles to keep you and the kiddos entertained. Both bathrooms have also been remodeled in the fall of 2018. The master bath now has a walk-in shower with white subway tile. Ship-lap on the bathroom walls matches the shiplap in the kitchen and the entryway. The 2nd bath has a new bathtub with white subway tile surround. Walk out onto your 30-foot balcony from your master bedroom or from the living room and see the wonderful Gulf views while relaxing with a cup of coffee or winding down for the evening with a cold drink. Eat your meals or play games on the large patio table. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the Miramar Beach and Destin area, some within walking distance (Pompano Joes, Kenny D's). We are also close to an upscale mall and an outlet mall or take the kids to The Track to ride the go-carts and play mini-golf. Maravilla is a gated community with gated entrances from both Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive, so it's easy to venture out. Our family had a wonderful time staying here! Pools were nice, and we were so close to the beach. The complementary beach chairs were a huge bonus each day because we didnt have to carry any down there. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We brought our dog, the property has excellent spots to take him for walks. We will definitely stay here again!

The beach was great & not overcrowded and even though across scenic 98, closer than some beachfront condos we have stayed in. The rental chairs were a great plus. The interior decor was very nice and honestly better than the photos depicted, which was a great welcome. Perfect for pet friendly option and I would definitely book here again. Owner was prompt and professional. Loved our stay! Thanks!

This is an awesome condo. Plenty of room for us 3 adults and 3 kids. Clean and well stocked. Little extras like coffee, salt/pepper, oil were wonderful. Couple of beach chairs and toys as well. Would highly recommend- Sharon was very responsive and great to work with. View of gulf from balcony, very quiet inside condo. Elevators were great as well as pools.

We had a family vacation with my son and girlfriend, his two sons, plus my husband and 2 small dogs. This vacation was well deserved and very much enjoyed. The property was nice and very close to the beach. We were very close to everything and were able to walk to restaurants and beach bars. 2 large pools and allot of other amenities. Thank you for and enjoyable vacation.

This property was as listed. Owner had everything stocked. I have never stayed in a condo that was so well organized. This was a new property for us and arriving after dark made it a little hard to navigate but once settled in it was awesome. Loved that we didn't have to keep up with keys The keypad was great. It was a very short walk to the beach. Also loved that it had an elevator so no stair climbing! Thank you Sharon for an awesome stay!!!

We have stayed at various rentals at Maravilla and this has been another great week! The unit had many items that could be taken to the beach. The unit was very clean and as pictured on VRBO. The beds were most comfortable! Even the sofa sleeper was comfortable! Would definitely rent this unit again!!

We enjoyed everything. The condo was beautiful, well stocked and comfortable. Close enough to restaurants and attractions for convenience but far enough away to enjoy your vacation. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool and ocean. Will stay here again when possible.

We enjoyed our stay again at Maraville. We love the beach service (in season) and the ability to bring our furry babies. Our children love the options to go to pool or beach. Pickleball lines are now on the tennis courts too! Condo is well stocked. PS There are beach towels if you choose to wash them or bring your own.

The complex itself is very nice and safe. I felt comfortable letting the girls walk around together even after dark. The heated pool was a big hit with all. Loved having chairs and umbrellas set up for us. I have no complaints at all. Would stay here again.

My family and I had a great vacation. Maravilla is a great resort in a great location. It literally only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you need! They even had beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards! Sharon was very easy to get ahold of. We were getting ready to make some frozen drinks and discovered that the blender was broken. Sharon apologized and sent me a $25 gift card for Starbucks which was greatly appreciated! The only down side about the condo was the cleanliness. The couch and chairs were filthy, to the point I didn’t even want to sit on them. Luckily I brought blankets along with me to cover them up. Also when my kids climbed in the bunks they felt sand, so it doesn’t seem like the bedding was washed. I also discovered that the quilts aren’t washed in between each guest which is gross. Overall we had a great trip, but I wouldn’t stay there again unless there was a new couch.
