There is reverse cycle airconditioning for year round comfort, and a portacot and high chair are also available. Recent updates to SeaKI include new rear decking, interior painting, wifi, new split system heating and cooling and a new hot water service. The second bathroom has bath/shower and separate toilet. The beds in three of the bedrooms have recently been upgraded to winter weight quilts, with additional good quality wool blankets and heaters available. There are complimentary starter provisions of shampoo/conditioner and shower caps in the bathrooms, as well as some tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar and jam in the kitchen. There is ample parking with a two way or 'U' shaped driveway at the front of the property for the boat, and additional parking space at the rear of the property. There is wheelchair access at the front of the home and a deck to the rear with a 6 seater outdoor setting and market umbrella, BBQ, and fish cleaning facilities for dealing with the catch. SeaKI is a pet free home and smoking is not permitted inside the property please. Locality The home is a short stroll to the precinct of Kingscote with its eateries, pubs and galleries. The boat ramp is a few minutes away, or you can take a fishing charter or just throw a line over the wharf. SeaKI is a comfortable base from which to explore and enjoy all that the island has to offer.
