Situated in Berrara, this attractive house for $143 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Berrara is a secluded coastal village that is lucky enough to be host to some of the best swimming water and beach fishing on the south coast. There is a surf beach as well as a tidal lagoon for swimming. It is also edged by the Cudmirrah National Park, which holds an abundance of wildlife and fauna making this location a natural wonderland. Swim, surf, snorkel, fish, bush walk or on the other hand do nothing but relax in the sun. All this makes for the perfect family holiday. Bring your four legged friend too! The House The house itself boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large veranda to enjoy those warm evenings. The property boasts a light and functional decor that makes slipping into holiday mode easy. There is easy access to deck which boast water views. Stair Banisters have been updated and include child safety gates for peace of mind when staying with small children. There is a BBQ, Outdoor Seating. The Kitchen is modern and includes a dishwasher. There is DVD- Video available as well as washing machine and dryer. Bring your four legged Friend with you, so they can have a holiday too. House fully fenced. Outside dog is permitted Strictly no dogs inside house. Great Outside space including hammocks to unwind. Strictly no smoking in the house. Minimum 2 night stay throughout the year and weekly booking for holiday period. House Set up House sleeps 8 comfortable with 2 Living areas and plenty of seating. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs both queen beds. 3rd bedroom downstairs with queen and bunks. 4th bedroom has a queen bed and is located under main roof but external entry, which is great for privacy. Fold out lounge downstairs. Tv, dvd and video downstairs, additional tv with dvd upstairs. Beautiful veranda to enjoy that summer breeze and views of Berrara lagoon. Outside shower to wash off from the beach. The property is a short walk from the beautiful south coast beaches, a stroll to the river and a short drive from lovely Sussex Inlet town (Sussex has a Supermarket, Movie Theatre, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotel and Clubs for your enjoyment.). For bigger shopping areas, Nowra is a half an hour drive. You are spoilt for chocie with nature right on your doorstep with Berrara and Cudmirrah beaches, Swan Lake, and Conjola National Park. Not too far along the coast you will find Hyams beach, Huskisson and various other national gems. Berrara is surrounded by Conjola National Park which is great for bushwalking, and Swan Lake which is also a wonderful attraction for boating, canoeing, sailboarding and water skiing. The lovely Cudmirrah Store overlooking Swan Lake is ideal for a coffee, small purchases and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The main township of Sussex Inlet is just 5 mins away, where you will enjoy fishing, boating, golf tennis, and indoor heated pool. Sussex also has a Supermarket, Movie Theatre, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotel and Clubs for your enjoyment. Courtesy Buses available for local clubs. Berrara is about 2.5 hours from Sydney on the beautiful NSW South Coast. Berrara is also a 2.5-3 hour drive from Canberra as well.

A very affordable place for a get away. The place was very cozy and was closer to the beach and near by town. Got to see Kangaroos in the front yard in the neighbourhood which was an interesting site in and of itself. The area was peaceful and telaxing to be in, a great place for a great away any time of the year. There were some items that were a little dirty here and there, but wasnt such a big problem, just a quick wash or brush here and there wash all it needed. The place was also well equipped with games, entertainment, wifi, kitchen utensils and cookware. Would definitely recommend.

Great affordable holiday house, we had 2 families stay, lots of room and amenities. Overall we had a great stay, owner redponded quickly to my questions when required. Berrara and Sussex Inlet had lots to offer with Swan Lake and local beaches otherwise is good to chill out in a quiet spot surrounded by kangaroos and native birds.

The house has enough rooms to accommodate 2 families with its 4 bedrooms. 4rth bedroom is outside so whoever uses it will need to have the key to open the door going to main house if they need to use toilet at night. We only needed to use the pillowcases and mattress covers we brought as all other linens were provided. Kitchen is on the second floor. The tables were so sticky maybe due to the sea breeze as the windows were open on our arrival. Some of the blinds have moulds at the bottom. You have to bring your own toilet paper as there’s only 1 provided. There’s also no trash bins on both toilets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and kitchen/dining has 1 electric fan. Unfortunately, it’s not enough if temperature goes above 30. The kitchen is well supplied with cutlery/crockery/baking pans/kettle. All appliances functional. Just bear in mind that if you use the washing machine, use cold setting only. We didn’t use the barbecue grill but it looked clean enough to use. Beach was few minutes walk away but the creek was more enjoyable as the water had the perfect temperature. Vodafone and Optus don’t work well here so it’s a good thing the house has wifi provided.

I had a great time enjoying the nearby beaches, lake and national park. The property has everything needed and is exactly as the photos indicate. The host is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend you visit. Sitting out on the deck as the sun goes down, looking out at the local roos and being visited by rosellas is definitely a highlight.

Great location. Abundance of wildlife and overall was good. Upstairs was a great setup with a good view and huge yard. Had everything we needed.

The location is great, however unfortunately the dwelling needs a good scrub. I can understand basic dust settling, however inch thick dust on ceiling fans, mould found on blinds in Bed 2, most walls/doors were grubby from top to bottom. No hammock, could not use BBQ as it was dirty and grill starting to erode away with sand in the side element. I also note a cleaning charge was included in the price breakdown and 'covid' clean claimed in the advertising. Disappointing that we were charged for a service that was clearly not carried out, instead we spent 2 hours doing a clean upon arrival. Sorry guys, but it is just not fair to people paying hard earnt money for holiday accommodation to have no effort made for our stay.

After arriving in the rain from a very wet trip, we found ourselves locked out for an hour, with the lockbox severely in need of an upgrade. Things improved when we got settled in. The house is well appointed with bedroom ceiling fans, two lounge areas and self contained yard. The location is well positioned for a quick coastal family getaway. Spoilt for choice with stunning swimming beaches and walks. Mermaid ponds was lovely and well worth investigating. Nearest food supplies is a quick drive to Sussex Inlet where there is a supermarket, bottle shop, butcher, bakery, takeaways and even a quaint cinema. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Fantastic location in close proximity to the beach. Provides a great opportunity to bond with family and disconnect. The house provides all necessary essentials particularly in the kitchen! But do remember to bring you own washing powder, dishwasher tablets and additional toilet paper. The outdoor deck was much enjoyed by our family and played host to a great number of morning coffees and family board games!

The property had everything I needed to have a weekend away without touching my phone. My children were disappointed at the beginning but once I made them realised how much we bonded, we talked, we laughed we played music and danced together. My partner and I sat outside on Saturday night like we never do just talked. Love the house, real home, very therapeutic for all our soul.

Property is great. Nice location. Easy booking and check in process. Good owners easy to communicate with. No muck around with upfront bond payment. House in good shape and clean enough. No wifi, limited phone reception and no Aircon are the downsides. Would highly recommend for the price. Thanks for good weekend away with friends Cooinda!

Stayed for a total of 5 nights. The house is absolutely beautiful, large backyard to park cars and for dogs. Berrara is a lovely quite place to stay with Cudmirrah cafe being a 2-5 minute drive and Sussex Inlet Centre a 10-15minute drive. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful house as listed here . Just minor cleaning issues which was addressed straight to the owner . Just one problem there was no wifi or phone reception .. if you just want to spend a weekend away from phone laptop then this is the best place to stay .
