This is the perfect beach getaway for your enjoyment of the white beaches and emerald green waters. Located on the Second floor are three bedrooms. The large Queen Master Suite has walk out balcony with breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a relaxing sitting area with a sofa and flat screen tv and private custom bathroom with double sink vanity, custom shower stall. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with flat screen tv. Third bedroom has 3-twin beds. Located in the main hall is a full bath with tub/ shower combo for both bedrooms to share. Located on main floor Queen Guest bedroom with flat screen tv. Great experience. Check- in was simple, with easy to follow instructions. The view was what we great and the walk to the beach easy. Highly recommended. The outdoor shower area at the base of the stairs was an unexpected treat, especially if you have kids coming back from the beach.

The owners went above and beyond for us. They found out it was our anniversary and made it so special. When we arrived we had wine picked from a place in the area, flowers, and chocolate! Our family stayed half the time and we stayed alone the other half. The house was perfect for our entire stay. Thank you guys so much. The home was also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need!

Everything was great! Honestly it was better in person. The pictures are kindof dark. Everything is much brighter when you get there. Being right on the beach was amazing! We had all of our kids here for our wedding and we wouldn’t change a thing. I would warn older folks or people that struggle with stairs because there are a lot of them but it was nice to get the excercise. Chad will be a great help if you have any questions or need anything.

This property is exactly as listed. Very roomy for 6 adults, 4 children, and an infant. The master bedroom has a vented closet big enough to comfortably fit the pack and play for our 4 month old. The location could not be beat and the boardwalk to the beach is brand new and our wagon easily rode up and down it. We would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect place to stay. Right on the Gulf, boardwalk right to the beach was great. The house was amazing, very clean, child friendly and stocked with all of the essentials. Shops and restaurants were near but far enough away to stay out of the hustle and bustle. VERY RELAXING!!!!

This was our first time staying in Navarre and although the weather wasn’t on our side the location and property were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of linens, and everything was clean any tidy. We really enjoyed being right on the beach and
being able to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Overall this place worked out well for our family. The boardwalk to the beach was recently redone and was very nice. Also, the outdoor shower with HOT water was a nice surprise! The kitchen has just about everything you might need (and we make most of our meals while we are there, so it is nice to have a fully stocked kitchen) The kitchen and living space is an all open area—so we could food prep without missing out on the family conversation. We love staying in Navarre and would have no problem staying at this home again.

This home worked out well for 7 of us with eating and cooking. Large island area and table allowed us all to eat together. Very comfortable outdoor furniture and sufficient chairs available to take to the beach, which was right outside. Bedrooms were all comfortable and well stocked with towels. Beach towels were also provided which was an unexpected bonus.

This property was comfortable for our group of 9 people. The large dining room table easily accommodated our family to gather for meals. The living room had comfortable couches and chairs. The views from the 2 balconies were beautiful. Great place!

Great communication with property manager. Awesome views from every room but kids room (twin beds). Well stocked, large kitchen. Enjoyed the variety of games. Plenty of comfortable chairs on decks to enjoy the magnificent view. Easy access to private beach. Only con is rental amentities list beach chairs & umbrellas provided. When we inquired about the no. of chairs, we were told to bring our own as chairs are just based off what other guests have left behind. So not really an amenity. Not a big deal if driving but if flying it might be. Did not have beach umbrellas, but did have about 5 chairs that were usable, but old, & had plenty of beach toys. We truly enjoyed this rental, and our stay on beautiful Navarre Beach. Would definitly rent from this properyt mgmt company again.

Break from Snow
The property is as represented in the description and pictures. Beautiful location, very comfortable for adults to spread out, and a great table for meals and evenings of games. The kitchen is very functional for several to work in and well-stocked. Thanks for sharing your vacation home.

This townhome was in a great location-as long as you don’t mind seeing all your neighbors & them seeing you! Porches/decks were all at same level & close together. House has had water damage or leak that caused mold to grow around AC vents. Diana and Phil did everything they could to rectify the problem so my allergy suffering guest could stay safely in the house. Every request was fulfilled & they went out of their way to help. Navarre Beach is the best beach for relaxing, enjoying the sun, sand & all the Gulf Coast has to offer.

Great unobstructed view of the ocean! The house is roomy, comfortable & very clean! Love that it has a dedicated boardwalk to save us from walking thru the sand so much. The house does need some updating. The bedding in all the rooms is fairly shabby and the furnishings somewhat dated. It could use a general refresh to brighten things up. The living room tv had gone bad but I contacted management and they replaced it the next day which we appreciated. The glass stovetop burner looked a little cloudy after we used it which was pointed out by management after our stay but we don’t understand how it happened. We didn’t burn anything or boil over anything when we cooked. So it was unfortunate but thankfully we paid for the damage insurance. Overall we had a good stay.

This vacation house was awesome. We had plenty of space and we were able to have our own bathrooms. The only thing I would say is the beach chairs/umbrellas and toys were mostly broken when we arrived so we couldn’t use most of it, also the dishwasher didn’t dry the dishes. Other than that everything was perfect! We had a great time here.

We have returned to Navarre or Destin every year for the past 24 years. We have stayed at many rentals from stand alone houses to condos, townhomes, and hotels. The location of this rental is unmatched. It is on the beach and easy to go to and from the rental. The rental itself needs some TLC. It is not outdated per say; however, it has not been maintained. All the closets had things thrown in them haphazardly. The linens were mismatched and some had stains. The master bedroom bedskirt is torn. The "pantry" in the kitchen could not be used since it housed a menagerie of items - almost like a junk drawer but in pantry form. When we arrived we had to wipe down the cabinets, countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, light switches, etc. The kitchen faucet does not fit into its receptacle. Overall it felt as if the household items and appliances were bought at second hand store or ones that were from someone's residence that they no longer wanted. There was an overwhelming musty smell when you first enter the place and stayed with you even after washing all of our clothes when we returned home. The rental has great potential. It just appears neglected.

The property was clean and well maintained. It had plenty of kitchenware, bath towels and beach towels but the canopy was hiding under a bed. The beds were comfortable but if you can, I’d bring your own pillows. The beach is quite and gorgeous. You just walk out your door, down a short boardwalk and you’re on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
