Home is decorated with calming beach tones. Plenty of space for the 6 of us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and the dining tables hold 6 and 8. Updated the pool chaise lounge chairs - very comfortable. Fell asleep in the sun ;) Steps away from the beach. Beach isn’t busy so we took many long walks. Unfortunately the pool heater was malfunctioning so we couldn’t use the pool but as a home owner myself I understand sometimes you can’t get repairs done during the holidays. We didn’t mind too much because the outside temps were in the 60’s the week we were there. We enjoyed lounging on the rooftop deck where you can see the ocean and hear the waves. We always love coming to this property and have for 6 or 7 years. Pascal is extremely responsive whenever you message him! I highly recommend this property!

Decorated like a page from Coastal Living, this house was impeccably organized. With a beautiful pool and a short walk to the private beach there was no reason to leave the area unless we ventured a few miles for dinner. Pascal was very accommodating and quick to respond. I highly recommend this location.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The house, the pool and the beach were all great! It was close enough to go out and eat and shop, but far enough away from everything to be relaxing. The beach was very quiet with very few other families. We just had such a relaxing time.

This was one beautiful comfortable house! Very well appointed, close to groceries and restaurants and most important the beach (just down the block). There was nobody at the beach besides us which was really relaxing. So much space in the house, so many places to hang out and all of them comfortable. The pool was fantastic and there were so many pool toys. I appreciated the personal phone call from the owner to welcome us to the house ( that was the first time ever in all the years of renting vacation houses) . He also promptly called to answer a question I had. Lovely customer service. I would definitely comeback to this rental.

The check-in/out process was simple and fast. The house is clean, just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay, playing in the pool, visiting the private beach just a quick walk from the house, playing games in the evenings at the spacious dining room table, grilling in the backyard by the pool, and everyone was comfortable in the spacious bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room for everyone to gather together or find time alone (for those that wished to do so). The kitchen had everything we could ask for. All we had to do was bring in groceries and enjoy our week in this beautiful home. The only issue we had was with garbage pickup. The trash cans had not been brought out front from the previous visitors, so they were all full upon arrival. The next pick up day was scheduled for Tuesday (no collection due to the holiday) and then again on Friday. We placed the cans out front Thursday evening, but the garbage company passed us right by! Luckily, the neighbor across the street was kind enough to lend us one of her cans so we could leave the trash in an orderly fashion on Saturday morning upon checkout. For that to be our only problem, we were very happy! I would highly recommend this beautiful home....you won't be disappointed!

This is the second time we’ve stayed, and this time the grandparents joined us. The house is clean, spacious and has a wonderful location. Pascal was very responsive and accommodating. we will certainly be back.

The pictures online were a great depiction of what is in the house. We were all attracted to the interior design, it was clean and comforting. This was our family vacation with our 4 children (ages 14-25) and enjoyable for all of them. They enjoyed the countless hours in the pool, observing from the roof top deck, and the proximity of the private ocean being a short walk down a nice concrete path. The private beach was beautiful to spend the day and watch sunrise (wear long pants/shirts to prevent being bite from no-see-ums). Pascal was a great host and available to answer questions and to make sure we knew everything that we needed to know. He was always enthusiastic about assisting us in anyway to ensure we had a fantastic trip! Thanks for a great vacation spot for our family!!!

Vero is probably one of the best towns on the east coast. The house was very nice and spacious for 6 people. Only a few minutes from town, great pool, and the private beach was wonderful. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Nice job, Pascal.

Very family friendly home where we could gather together for meals and spread out at night. Town of Vero Beach with great restaurants and cafes just a short drive away. We hope to return.

This was our second stay here for a spring break trip and it was just as amazing as the first. The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Perfect location, steps from the beach! The pool is wonderful. This is a very nice house with plenty of room.

Spotlessly clean property in a well maintained small neighborhood. It has been updated with furniture which the pictures don't accurately depict, and all for the better, so I still gave the accuracy of listing 5 stars. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Bikes, floats for the pool and the beach was gorgeous and very private. We visited downtown Vero Beach, only a couple of miles away, several times. It was a perfect location for me to spend time with my family. Pascal, you are a terrific host. Merci!!

We stayed here, three adults and three kids, for a week before Christmas. The location is great, just a very short drive to Central beach area. The house was super clean. You can walk to the beach within about two minutes on a private path. Close to restaurants and markets. Would stay again.

My family (twin 6 year olds, husband and sister) greatly enjoyed our stay! The home had an awesome pool/back patio with a super cool rooftop deck. The path to the beach is super close and they had tons of beach gear for us to use. The home is spacious with several areas to spend time...2 living rooms, a great dining table, circle breakfast table (we used for puzzling) and kitchen counter seats too. The bedrooms are big and the home has lots of natural sunlight making it a bright and happy place to be.

Pascal is a brilliant host, he is lovely to communicate with. The house is gorgeous, super clean, and extremely well equipped. The beach is 2 minutes away, and there were lots of beach accessories and toys to borrow. The beds were so massive and comfy, and the wifi was great. The pool was a great size and temperature in August. We loved the local town, felt very quaint and up market. I had a lovely manicure with my Mum in Sur la mer. My boys enjoyed the pirate treasure Mclarty museum. My husband and I had a great meal and drinks at Cobalt restaurant overlooking the sea! The local supermarket ‘village beach market’ is great with a gorgeous deli counter. Everyone we met was super friendly. We had a brilliant rest week here after Disney and would highly recommend! Thank you Pascal!

Private Oasis steps from Beach
The house was absolutely perfect for our party of 8 (4 adults/ 4 kids). Private pool was a huge hit for the kiddos and the roof top deck for the adults. Beach is a short walk away but close enough to hear the waves from the backyard. Definitely recommend this property if you are looking to vacay at Vero Beach! Not to mention, Pascal was amazing to work with and quick to respond.

The property is beautiful! The home was very clean with sleek decor. The set up provided ample space for the family to enjoy. The lovely pool & roof-top lounge area were used daily. There is a short walk to the beach (approx 200 steps) down a private, safe pathway. The beach is very peaceful with very few to share it with. (Don’t forget to visit the turtles at night.) The home provided games, books, beach gear, pool gear, and much more for added convenience. The local area also has many stores & restaurants near by.
Pascal, the property owner, was very easy to communicate with & prompt in responses. We will definitely consider staying at this property again in the future! Highly recommend!!
