Nestled in Cayuga Lake, this charming condo for $247 per night is a great choice for your next break. A private apartment, patio, lawn and beach front solely for your use. We only have one apartment for rent, so privacy is not an issue! Rest assured that the rooms and patio are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected intensely after each stay! A short, flat 70 foot walk to the shoreline. Room includes full bath with shower, fridge with small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, ac, heating system, 42 inch flat screen cable tv, free wifi and a beautiful view of the lake, it's birds of habitat and fantastic sunrises. Queen bed with individually wrapped pocket coils. Linens and towels provided. Housekeeping available upon request! Across the street is the Oak and Vine bistro; .4 miles to a convenience store; .5 miles to boat/jet ski launch; .5 miles to canoe, paddle board and kayak rentals; 3 miles to downtown Auburn and it's many malls highlighting Bass Pro, numerous eat in and takeout restaurants plus several historical sites. The infamous Merry Go Round theater featuring Broadway musicals and shows is only a mile away. Seven miles to the unique village of Skaneateles and it's pristine lake and an easy day trip to the other gorgeous Finger Lakes and numerous wineries. Beautiful, quiet place on the lake. Bob and Elaine left us fresh flowers and candy. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the lake our first morning. We loved our stay here.

We loved our weekend stay! The location was amazing! Great views of the lake. The cottage was so comfortable and spotlessly cleaned! The owners were great! They made sure we had everything we could possibly need, and they added thoughtful personal touches! We’ll definitely be back!

INCREDIBLE ACCOMMODATIONS . PLACE WAS SO CLEAN AND SO ORGANIZED . BOB WAS GREAT WITH THE CHECK IN PROCESS AND MAKING SURE ALL OUR NEEDS WERE MET . WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY . THE APARTMENT WAS EQUIPPED WITH EVERY THING WE NEEDED . AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WAS FULL OF THINGS TO DO AND GREAT PLACES TO EAT . WHAT A VIEW OF THE LAKE FROM THE PROPERTY . The room was very clean and cared for, not a single detail was missed. Bob and Elaine were so friendly and welcoming! They even left us fresh cut flowers from their beautiful garden. Being able to access the water right from the property was a huge plus. Thanks for having us!

We spent three nights and two days, too short, and it was pure peace and relaxation or as the pillow on the bed states, Serenity. I should start by saying that as far as rental properties go this place is above and beyond any I've stayed. The hosts, Bob and Elaine, love their little peace of heaven. The grounds are superbly manicured and inviting. Just grab a blanket and recline on one of the zero gravity chairs right by the lake, heavenly. The hosts Bob and his lovely wife know how to make you feel special with the unique touches they provide; fresh cut flowers from their garden, chocolates, bottled water and homemade banana bread. I asked Bob if I could grill and he promptly made the small grill available to me. The hosts could not be kinder. There are many places to stay but only one Serenity Place. Thank you Bob and Elaine. I will see you again real soon. God bless!!

This cozy cottage was exactly as it was depicted in the photos and was perfect for our needs. The landscaping was impeccable and the owners left an absolutely delicious load of banana bread for our enjoyment. Loved everything!!

We were in town for a friend’s wedding and decided to book two nights at this property overlooking the lake. Pictures are accurate, although I think it looks even better in person. Hosts were warm and friendly. I had forgotten to pack an iron, and Bob (owner) quickly lent me his. I was very impressed with how clean the unit was and the views of the water and gorgeous landscaping was unparalleled! Loved our short visit.

It's like staying in an actual log cabin. The wood craftsmanship is outstanding. The view from inside is perfect to watch the sunrise over the lake. Nice back patio to listen to the birds and watch the lake water hit the shore.
