Ideal family holiday location. Will stay again.

Situated in a peaceful location. Beautiful tress and wildlife. A short walk into town.

Beds could have been a little softer, but was still able to sleep.

The location was absolutely amazing! i could have stayed here forever! ❤️ house felt like a home away from home and the wildlife was beautiful! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Superb

The Ledge is a clean, simple home in a great location among the gum trees. ..Sulphur crested cockatoos.. kookaburras and parrots are happy to sit on the balcony for a treat... native birdseed is provided. Close to Halls Gap. Everything you need for day to day life as in utensils, pots and pans, crockery etc...used the barbeque with no issues.... good water pressure and heat in shower. Air conditioner in main living area very effective.. .Very happy with our stay...

Only thing I had an issue with is a few of the flyscreens had rips and I am paranoid about bugs and spiders so couldn't open those windows... so on a hot day a little difficult to cool our bedroom... my parents are aged and a few tripping hazards as in small difference between back of the house and main living area ...

We found it was very clean, set out lovely great position and great views close to everything would recommend to everyone 😀

There was nothing that we didn't like loved it. Well looked after. Everything you needed and more. Bedding spotless Plenty of dishes.

Good stay - basic house, well kept and very clean. View out from the Balcony a highlight

Location is excellent

The bed in the main bedroom could have been more comfortable - we found it too hard.

Comfortable, airy, spacious in glorious surroundings

The kitchen utensils could do with a restock - bread knife etc. The wood heater was difficult to work with no instructions - and we use a wood heater at home so we are not ignorant. Also not having a dining table was a shame - we like to gather together over a meal and play games. We ended up bringing in the outside table but there wasn't any tablecloth.

A very clean, well equipped property. Perfect for families, spacious and comfortable. A quiet location amongst the bush and plenty of native birds to see.

A steep driveway best suited to larger vehicles.

Amazing

It was a great experience, the house was very clean with air conditioning, refrigerator, barbecue. The location of property was really beautiful. I will highly recommend this property.

Very good

Nice location, close to the nature and not too far from the Halls gap town center.

It's not 3 bedroom. It's only two bedroom house with an all covered porch or balcony where a bunk bed has been placed.

Had a great weekend. Would have enjoyed more walks had the weather been better. Facilities great.

Location was great.. loved the wildlife. Place was Clean and easy to find. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

Could have had a little wood supply for the fire.?

Peaceful

Peace and quiet ... watching the kangaroos first thing in the morning and late in the evening. Stress just melted away

The location was good the wild life at the property was what entertained the kids, it was certainly a quiet and peaceful location.

Very out dated furniture, seating and beds were not comfortable at all, after being out each day you just want to relax, the beanbag was the comfort. Nothing really available for kids as such couple of pens and paper and a small bucket of toys.

Excellent house in a great location.

Spacious house in an awesome location. Bird life amazing. Excellent value. Easy access to key. Very thorough instructions via text prior to arrival.

Could be cleaner (a few cobwebs and food behind the couch). Instructions on where spare supplies like toilet rolls & spare wood needed. Dishwashing powder and shower wash were empty. Instructions on using the wood heater would be handy.

The location and the beds

It was freezing, the fireplace doesn’t throw out much heat, the ducted system doesn’t work, the couches and coffee table were basically from the 1970’s and low to the ground - extremely old and uncomfortable. The place is in dire need of a refurbishment

The bed was very uncomfortable The driveway was slippery when reversing out after heavy rain Not much available in the ots and pans department

Excellent spot to stay.

I liked that it was just the perfect distance from the Main Street. It’s in a quiet spot so the animals are happy to come up to the property which was lovely, there was even birdseed for us to feed the birds. The house was clean and felt like a home away from home. There was plenty of space for us all and I will definitely be going back.

In the dark, using the GPS, we missed our driveway and ended up at the neighbours.
