During our stay, the aircond were not very cool according to the temperature set. Need to be improve. The ambiance of the hotel also can be improve for pleasant stay. The rest are good especially the location.

Location
1. Bed cover has a stain.
2. Lot’s of mosquitos in the bedroom. I don’t know where it is coming from.
3. Bathroom towel bar & holder is broken.
4. I asked for a transfer of a room because the bedroom they gave me smells awful (cigarette), despite of choosing non-smoking room. But the reception said rooms are full. To my surprise, only us was on the the breakfast location.
5. Breakfast was cold and no staff is attending so the uncovered foods left unattended have some flies on it.
6. They DO NOT have a gym as mentioned in the hotel facilities.
