Clean and quiet. Nice fenced side yard to let the dogs out into.

This was a nice place to stay. Could use more yard maintenance we had to ask to get the lawn mowed as our dog was eating the very long blades of grass. It is a duplex but did not hear noise from next door. There was a smoker on the patio occasionally in the next duplex on the other side of the fence, but not a big problem. Window air conditioners made it comfortable but loud in one bedroom at night and other bedroom was a bit warm, but the rooms all have big fans. Kitchen was stocked well. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer worked great. Roku was an awesome bonus! Close easy drive to Gonzaga, easy to get to Whitworth, easy to get to freeway, and Spokane Indians Stadium. Not the best neighborhood, old houses and apts., but we had no problems and they provided locks for fence gates. Easy to walk the dog in the neighborhood. Plenty of parking for our car and cargo trailer.

While Theresa was a wonderfull host we saw the owner almost every day for one reason or another which was way to much. Not very much privacy. It was a duplex and the unit next door the people were moving out and the owner was showing it alot,so a bunch of people always poking around the property. Not the best experience. Oh yeah and the cops were chasing and looking for someone that was running from them in the middle of one night.

The house was quiet and nicely furnished. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Overall an excellent stay.

This was a nice little house and a comfortable size for the 4 of us in a quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen utensils and a small side yard with patio table and chairs. Quick walk to a java hut for morning coffee and short drive to great restaurants -- Old European for breakfast and Thai Bamboo for dinner. It was great to be close enough to campus to be convenient but far enough away to miss all traffic for graduation weekend.

We would book this place again. This was our first time booking outisde of Motel Industry. We found our experience positive It is a little like home away from home. We liked the fact of packing food from our place to there. Location is good for Spokane Downtown / All of North Spokane / and easy route to get to Spokane Valley Byron B.

Enjoyed our stay we will be back if we are ever in the Spokane area. Pretty pet friendly except for the stained glass in front of fire place. We were worried our dog would knock it over and break it. We are also from the country so our closest neighbor is 100+ yards away so it was an adjustment to get use to such close neighbors. But, that is what we get going to the city. This definitely does not take away from our stay.

We were moving here from across country. This location was great for getting to know the area. The property is well stocked with everything you need ( except a wine bottle opener 😅).

Perfect location for us to split time between Hoopfest and visiting family north of town. The house was a real home-away-from-home for us, with a fenced yard that made it easy to accommodate traveling with our dog. Good kitchen supplies, comfy beds. My only wish was to be able to open the bedroom window for fresh air. It wasn't hot weather, but the AC unit prevented opening the window in one of the 2 bedrooms, so we had to choose between stuffiness or noisiness at night. Next time, I'd pick the other bedroom, because I think my son would sleep fine in the AC room. 🙂

We were looking for a nice place to stay in Spokane area to visit Family. Glad we found this place. It was very clean and quiet. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

The place was centrally located, very clean and comfortable and everything we needed! My father in law arrived from Seattle an hour before we were to get in, and Theresa the manager had no problem running over to the place to help him with the lock box he was struggling to get open! VERY much appreciated! We loved our stay and will definitely stay there again next time we need a place in Spokane! Thank you so much Theresa!!

We were VERY pleased with this property. It felt like our home in the first 5 minutes of our stay. The owners had thought of everything to make us feel welcome and to ease our way. The floor plan is very efficient and the home had all the conveniences we wanted including laundry, A/C and even a working BBQ grill. If you need to stay in the Spokane area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to you. We needed to extend our stay 1 night and it was no problem due to the owner's prompt reply and helpful attitude. Highly Recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were perfect for two couples. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We also found the neighbourhood very convenient.

First night the toilet flooded the bathroom. Welcome book tells you to text owner, Dave, so we did. When we got no response, we contacted Theresa and were told Dave would be over that morning. That afternoon when he arrived, he seemed to be very wary of the neighborhood, repeatedly telling us about his penchant for guns. Later that week, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen and the dryer broke. Dave was unable to fix the dryer in one day, so it was convenient that the toilet flooded the bathroom again on a day he was coming over anyway. The property is very quiet and pleasant. We were there during a heat wave and the two window ACs kept the house comfortable. On-site laundry (when working) and private back yard are definite pluses. Contrary to the owner’s fear, we felt no threat from the neighborhood. We spent a month there and took many walks around the area. I don’t think it’s the prettiest area of Spokane, but I’m not sure where the need for guns comes from (though he did mention his kids’ bikes were stolen from the back yard when they lived there years ago). Dave’s failure to apologize, acknowledge our inconvenience, or thank us for our patience is what makes this a three star review. We understand sh*t happens and appliances break down. I have no idea if this happens all the time or we were just unlucky, but seriously just say something—anything—and you get another star.

This home was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location was ideal for us while we were in Spokane visiting with family. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby as well as many activities. I really enjoyed the private, quiet yard.

Theresa was very helpful and the location was great. Close to restaurants and on the North side of town. Bed was comfortable and I slept like a log.
