Nestled in Poinciana, this charming house for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 4 bedroom Villa named 'Paradise Found' is located on a lake with privacy. The lanai has a south facing heated pool with ample area for lounging around it. The pool has solar heating which is free. The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. . There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 20minutes from Disney! The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed has a flat screened TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a. Queen size bed. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screened TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. Both the living room and the family room have plenty of seating for all and both open to the screened pool area. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for a quick meal or drink. There is also a separate game room that has a pool table and ping pong table for family fun! To top it all off there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The whole house is equipped with free hi-speed wireless internet (free wifi) to keep everyone in touch. The house also has central air conditioning as well as heating for year round comfort. All in all this house is a perfect vacation getaway with an affordable price.

There is so much good to say about this rental! We rented the house for a week for our Disney World honeymoon. It was so nice and private and quiet. The hot tub is amazing. The house was well stocked, the king bed is so comfortable and we just loved it. We look forward to coming back again.

This house is amazing! You can tell that Maria works hard to ensure her guests are going to enjoy themselves. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and well furnished. Maria has supplied things, a family may not realize they need until they do! Maria made the process from check-in to checkout very easy. I bet much appreciated the detailed instructions and suggestions for things around the house and surrounding area. The area where the house is located is beautiful. Our family is looking forward to renting again!

This home beautiful. It was as described. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a rental.
Maria was very accommodating. We had several last minute changes and she was able help us with everything.
The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware. She also supplies dish soap, dishwasher tablets and there are pleny of dish towels! Everything was clean
There were plenty of pool towels, plus bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths.
She also has highchair, booster seat, pack n play and a stroller available.
We paid to have the pool heated. It was worth it. There had been a lot of rain so the pool was cold. Once we had the heat turned on, it was great. The lanai is large enough to accommodate a big group. And there are pool noodles and beach balls. We needed to put the pool blanket on the pool each night to keep the pool warm. It was not difficult to do at all and it kept the pool warm, even with the colder weather.
We also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Plus there are bikes to ride and other things to pass the time.

I recently stayed with my family in this beautiful home. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but still not too far from Disney. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong table during our down time. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the communication from the host. Maria was excellent, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable with whole process. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at this delightful, tastefully decorated villa. It was spacious, clean, orderly and all that we needed was provided. We loved spending time in the pool, which was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Owner communication was outstanding before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

Stayed for 7 days on the property and everything listed was as is when we got there. We would stay here again. Travel times in Orlando are double the mileage so people need to take that into account. Neighborhood was peaceful and the pool was a big hit. Great property and would recommend to anyone.

if you're coming on a family trip to disney or any of the activities around . This would be the place to stay just a short distance to all the activities plus plenty of room for the whole family. Everything was Great and setup like they said.. And owner's checked in to make sure everything was going Great . It did rain while we were there and they called to check on the pool level they came to drain a little out. They do definitely make sure that your stay is enjoyable and everything is great And up and running like it should...
We would definitely pick this property again it is a great location and not a bad price at all..

Everything was wonderful. Pool was refreshing. Has plenty of room and the master bedroom mattress was heavenly. Owner responded quickly when I had a question. I will definitely stay here again!

Crescent Lakes was immaculate. The owner of the property was very accommodating to all our needs. My 9 y/o daughter enjoyed days in the pool and i enjoyed resting in the hot tub after walking miles around the disney parks. The property was a win win for my family and I. Thanks for a great time!!

Only issue was that there was a poor selection of TV channels. Overall it was one of the best houses we have rented in Florida.

We had a great and comfortable stay here for our holiday vacation. There were 7 of us, but there was enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. We all loved the rec room in the garage! Great space for family time. The pool area is beautiful! and peaceful. The owner of the house was great! 10/10 on communication, which I appreciate a lot. She was always available, and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We went over Christmas vacation, and this year, as we all know, it was very cold in a lot of places across the country. So it was extremely cold for Florida. We were able to communicate with the owner, and she turned on the heater for the pool for us with no problem. The parks were not too far away. Some like to be very close to the parks, but that was not a top priority for us. She gave us a great recommendation for a breakfast spot (Woodsby's Cafe) which I too would highly recommend. Shops like Wal-mart, Aldi and Publix are close by as well. Overall we had a great stay, and I would recommend this lovely house to anyone. We look forward to coming back.

Just returned from an 11 night stay in this lovely villa - highly recommend, very clean and everything you could need. A real home from home and the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a holiday home - wanted to bring it back with me! Had a couple of questions and Maria got back to me very quickly. Lots of wildlife including gators!

We had a great time at the property. The kids loved the pool. Very clean and convenient to theme parks! Only about a 30 minute drive to parks. Had everything we needed and more. Would stay again.

This house was over all good the pool was the best part of it!! But the longer we were there the more we realized that Like I read in another review the house smell so clean we we first got there but it was superficial cleaning..! There were dust bunnies over every door frame !! The bathtub was so dirty under the plastic mat , some of the silverware still had food on them, the cabinets were greasy, the vent on top of stove was so greasy there were food flies stuck to it!! We were also upset about the TV space only having one couch (which is not what the pictures show by the way ) there was no confortable way for all of us to sit and watch a movie together !! I didn't book other places for that reason the pictures she has up is not what the set up is in that room anyway. Also the whole thing about us having to take off the sheets and start a wash before we leave was a total inconvenience when you are trying to get everyone ready to get out by 10 am.

Communication with villa owner was perfect. Check into villa could not get any better. This villa provided everything from towels, kitchen equipment, pool games and laundry facilities. I would highly recommend this villa and won't hesitate to stay there again when we back to orlando.

The house is lovely, spacious and with all the facilities you will need for the whole family, for your stay eg modern appliances, comfortable beds and sofas, Netflix and fast wifi. The pool area is great with such an amazing view and you can spot wildlife (birds, alligator).
The place is better than the photos !
Locatuon is great. Close enough to Disney, but far enough that you're away from the tourist areas.

This was our second time staying in this house. We loved it! Great pool, neighbourhood and house. Great location. About 25-30 minutes to Disney parks. Nearest Walmart is 15 minutes away. 55 minutes to Legoland Florida. Very good communication with Maria. Will definently stay here again on a hopefully next trip sometime. Such lovely wildlife in the area too, we saw alligators, lots of birds, deer, possums, racoons, bats and lots more. Great fun! Thank you Maria for letting us stay in your wonderful rental. We travelled from Norway and stayed for 3 weeks (June 21st - July 12th).

This was our second time staying in this house. We loved it! Great pool, neighbourhood and house. Great location. About 25-30 minutes to Disney parks. Nearest Walmart is 15 minutes away. 55 minutes to Legoland Florida. Very good communication with Maria. Will definently stay here again on a hopefully next trip sometime. Loved the house just as described very clean, well equipped with everything you might need for a great vacation. Perfect location, definitely adding this one to our permanent list. Owner very easy to communicate with, should you need anything !

Great pool!
When we entered the home, it smelled freshly clean but it was surface clean. I had to wash the blender and there were clothes in a dresser from previous guest. Overall though most things were decently clean. The bedrooms and living room are mostly updated. Kitchen and family room are older. House has everything you need. Never heard from owner aside from the email prior to arrival but we didn’t really need anything either. Call her if you need her as I tried text and didn’t get an answer. Figured out what I was looking for so didn’t try to call. The screened in pool area was our favorite feature. Least favorite would be no door on master shower area and all the notes posted everywhere. One spot for communication is what we are used to and prefer. Disney was an easy 30 minute drive. My husband enjoyed fishing in the lake behind the house. The lake backs up to a busy road but the noise wasn’t too bad. We saw an alligator and many beautiful birds.
