the bathroom was not up to standard. Shower poor and plug in sink would not work

Staff were amazing. The service you couldn't beat it! The breakfast was good as well.
It could do with a refub. It's old and tired and a lot of damage.

Very outdated stood at front door with my disabled wife to get back in after night out wee stood for 30 mins before someone answered wasn't happy at Al wouldn't recommend it to anyone the place is an embarrassment like walking into a time warp

well maintained comfortable room, good breakfast
the view from the room was awful - to the backyard (inneryard)
unfortunately there was a big function in the hotel that night - so all facilities - restaurant, bar, lounge - were closed, it was not possible to use it.
The hotel informed us about this function two days before our arrival - unfortunately we had too less time to look for another accomodation

Adequate
Generally drab no atmosphere in public areas

the previous night we stayed at the Bushmills in. we had a decent dinner there but my wife and I much preferred what we got in the Londonderry arms and at half the price. we loved all the open fires and only regret we were there the weekend before the music started again, but we had great craic with Declan who served us. Not maybe as modern as other 4star hotels but we much prefer the atmosphere, homeliness and craic of the Londonderry arms.

Loved everything about it

Hotel is in a good position on the coast road. Breakfast and dinner were good.
Hotel is a little dated and the Covid restrictions mean there is less atmosphere than usual.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite. The locals are a treasure as without them we wouldn't have been able to attend our event in the next town. Taxi services are limited here so people rely on the goodwill of friendly locals. The little bar at the end of the street was great craic and the harbour views are stunning. A little piece of heaven in carnlough. Will hopefully be back soon!
I couldn't really fault anything in this town or at the hotel. More taxis when big events are on but thats really a matter for the event organisers of the Dalriada festival.

Without a doubt the lovely staff and the food.
My husband and I wanted a nice quiet relaxing break and that's what we got. The hotel is old but that adds to the charm. The food was excellent and the staff wonderful especially Sandra who was great craic and couldn't do enough for us. With the coronavirus we felt very relaxed as the regulations were excellent. Throughly super weekend.👌👌
