good for families with kids, there is kids club in the morning from 10:30 till noon and daily kids disco, games in the evenings.

The internet / WIFI is slow. It almost doesn't work in the apartments. You need to use it either by the pool or be sitting up on your balcony. This was the biggest disappointment.

This hotel was something beyond what I expected. I definitely enjoyed and recommend it when you are planning vacations with your family and want to spend some quality time in a quite place with them. For me was the first time in Majorca and I'm really thankful about this hotel. If you are not looking for luxury but just a simple place to travel and you have kids, this is the right place to be. Santa Ponça is a very small village, very quite and with all the necessary around. You will find in this place generally just families and usually Germans or British people. If you want to go to Palma probably you will need a car or take the bus which is very easy to find. The hotel has a very quite 👌 place to stay. Also a very nice spectacles for kids as well as adults. This hotel is for families that look for a place where the kids can have fun too. The apartment in general was comfortable. With all the necessary things to stay. The personnel of the Hotel was all the time extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast could be more vary but good enough for a short stay so you don't get bored.

Probably the cleaning of the apartment could be a little better, cleaning the floor, due to it is not completely clean after you leave. Also the air conditioner sometimes was not enough for the whole apartment, and sometimes it took to graduate again the temperature. That happened not all the time but it could be due to maintenance. If you want to use the save, you will need to pay extra, which for me was new. I thought that was already included.

The food was nice but the chef/cook didn't like when we complained for having cold nachos, had to bring them back twice and he made me feel like it was my fault

Facilities were brilliant and the mini club in the mornings kept my daughter entertained. The mini disco in the evening were also great for my daughter.

I think the mini disco should be for certain ages maybe for 6 and under and could maybe have another one for older kids as this would only be an extra 30 mins. The younger kids disco could start a bit earlier as 8.30 was a little late for some.

Bright spacious clean apartment. There was entertainment for the kids which I was surprised about so early in the season.

There was no chopping board in the room,, this would be helpful to save cutting food on the work surface. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom is too big and close to the sink.

This is one of the best family places we have ever been! Kids were entertained and got extra freedom. Kids club, the pool and playground were really all they needed all day. The shows were free and super fun. The staff was so friendly!! We will be back.
